Where is my order?
On the 29th of September I ordered some supplies I needed for my son’s first birthday. Giving myself what I thought would be enough time to arrive in time (over 3 weeks) as I live rural. After a week I had no contact in regards to my order being shipped so I reached out asking for an update. They were prompt in getting back to me that what I had ordered was out of stock and that they did have something else . Which was on the Monday. I emailed back that same day my request. It’s now Wednesday I haven’t heard back at all. I have tried sending another email and tried calling multiple times and no answer. I will now probably not receive my order in time if it is even dispatched.

poor response to request to get tax…
poor response to request to get tax invoice plus delivery to WA so slow . inaddition, wrong freight cost advertised and needed to pay extra. never tell me until i had to ask them when they will deliver . this is after more than 2+ after receiving our payment and order. then i emailed again after more than 1 week to request when is delivery . ordered on 5/8 and finally received on1/9/26. You get faster delivery and response with other suppliers

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations.
Your order was placed on Wednesday August 5 and we notified you on Monday August 10 that the courier quotes for your freight significantly exceeded what could be covered by us. We are grateful for your understanding in this regard, but we are sorry that this is happening for some of our customers in the current climate. Increased fuel costs in combination with a lack of drivers in some areas has resulted in increased freight costs across the board, but particularly for regional areas and for parcels travelling a significant distance from our warehouse. Sadly transport costs outside of our local delivery area are set by the courier companies. We always try to get a range of quotes from different carriers to see if we are able to cover costs before we request any additional costs from our customers.
Your order was then processed, packed and dispatched to your address. We do note that this order took significantly longer than our shipping guidelines advise for addresses in WA, and we have passed feedback along to our dispatch team to advise accordingly. Likewise, we apologise for the delay with your invoice request and are discussing this with the relevant teams.
