At check in staff was not friendly at all. Never received a copy of our bill. When we checked out I requested a copy of our bill. It was emailed but doesn't match what we were charged. Apparently this isn't a corporate office so if they don't send the bills to corporate Budget, there's no record of the bill when you reach out to customer service. We were overcharged---charged for a full tank of gas, when we filled it up two miles prior to turning it in. Just a hot mess. Worst experience I've ever had with Budget Rental Car. From now on I won't be using Budget.

Collected the car from cork airport. The Hubcap came off in the fist hour on a new dual carriageway. Clearly a fault with the car . But they are making me pay ? Even though the other two cars of the same brand also had missing hubcaps so clearly an issue with the brand of car

Booked through Ryanair, got a great rental deal for 4 days. Shuttle bus to pick up the car and one back to the airport, quick and easy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use them again.

Clean car, easy to rent, but I returned the car with almost a full tank and they GOUGED me for $202 refueling charge.

Quick and easy pick up at 22.00 in the evening with friendly staff. Great car. No problems.

Arrived to desk and completed paperwork. Was efficient and staff very helpful. Car was just across the road in the car park and easy to find. Took photos and was away. Car was great, perfect for 2 and we had a lovely time. Return was straightforward and easy and there was a free bus to take returnees back to the terminal.

Friendly professional service at the desk and car return. Quick efficient collection and drop off of the car. Staff are always welcoming and happy to help

Excellent service from the counter staff at hand over and return.
Only thing I could mention, the driver floor area was very slippy from the cleaning process.

I arrived early morning to pick up the car and there was no waiting around. The desk was manned. I reserved on-line and all my details were available for quick and easy processing. The car was of good quality for a very economical price.

Charges, insurance, and tolls were explained. Car hire should be easy, and this was a seamless experience. Take photos/videos of any damage to the car before you turn on the engine at collection, as this ensures peace of mind.

Very bad experience at Avis/Budget car rental at Dublin Airport. Be very careful! When I picked up the car, they did not really explain the GBP£2,000 hold on my credit card. They did not walk me to the car or point out any existing marks physically (ie. scratches, or dents) when I picked it up. When I returned the car a couple of days later, they said there was one dent and other scratches. I only drove 75 miles, and the car was parked safely at night. They then proceeded to rush me through checkout and did not provide me with a clear note of the alleged damages. They then proceeded to bill me over GBP£1,200 for one dent and other scratches. They said everything needs respraying. I did not cause the dent or the scratches, and they took the money out of the GBP£2,000 held on my credit card. My advice to anyone hiring with AVIS/Budget at Dublin airport is to take lots of pictures of your car when you pick it up and email it to customer services before you drive away. When you bring it back, also take pictures so they cannot dispute matters at a later date. I think I am paying for other people's dents and scratches, and I do not think they have been fair or reasonable.

I hired a car thru easyJet when I flew into belfast. Fella at the desk was good, I told him I never hired before.he gave me the key, told me where to pick it up. It was night time so I never seen the car before collecting. He told me there was damage on it. He said they knew about it, not to worry. I just dropped it off, first thing the fella who signs it in says, there's damage on the door and it's not marked on the sheet. I never seen the car before I collected it, but I was smart enough to take photos before I moved it. Shows damage all around it, even the bumper had a dent. I don't care that the car was dented, it done the job. But don't try and con other people into being responsible for it, that's just bad craic. You know the car is in a damaged state, you take the hit, not us.

Another great car rental from Budget at Dublin Airport. A lovely audi A3 immaculately presented. Staff are always credit to Budget. See you again soon.

Friendly and helpful staff at Cork Airport when collecting and returning the hire car

The team at Budget/Avis at Dublin Airport are friendly and efficient. They take care of my car hire needs on my frequent visits to Dublin.

I hired a car for a city break in Dublin in January. Although there was a bit of a Wait at the desk, the staff were friendly and helpful. I sustained some minor damage to the car during my trip and again the staff were helpful and efficient in the documentation I needed from my insurance claim. Kasia at the desk was particularly helpful. A word of advice: the car park for rental returns is quite a distance away from the airport terminal so check out the transport times in case you miss your flight. Possible to drop the car off at the airport itself, but this will cost you.

Excellent service again from Budget Car Rental. I have booked with Budget numerous times over Europe and will continue to do so. All honest and upfront, no hidden extras. Thank you!
