What can I say Jordan is an absolute credit to the company from my fist enquiry to my last phone call everything was smooth. Jordan kept me up to date with all the things that were happening, when I called him it was never any trouble to get speaking to him directly. This is the second time I’ve chosen BroCar Finance, and the reason is simple – the service from Marcus and Victor is absolutely first-class. My first experience with them was excellent, and they’ve delivered the same high standard again.

This time around, I took my time looking at different cars, and what really impressed me was their patience and professionalism. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured – instead, they gave me the space to decide while being available every step of the way to answer questions and offer guidance.

I used Brocar finance to get a van and the experience was amazing, my advisor V was super helpful throughout and went out of his way to get the ideal van.

The thoughtfulness continued to the aftersale where he called me as i was driving my new van just to ask me how it is.

Jordan was so helpful, can’t fault him whatever even though I took weeks to find a car he stuck at it with me very grateful.

When I first got contacted by Brocar, I’ll admit I was a little sceptical. Within a couple of hours I was approved for my finance. I was handled by Jordan Browne and he could not have made the process any easier. Use the dashboard and upload links of cars you like and Jordan does all the middle work. He contacted every dealer to find out about availability and kept me informed instantly at every stage. The first couple we liked weren’t available and we were informed right away and started looking at alternatives. Jordan was very patient and didn’t try to push you into a quick sale. Today I picked up my keys to my new car and even after the fact, Jordan got in touch to wish me well and ask if I was satisfied. I would recommend Brocar to anyone and can’t thank them, and especially Jordan, enough.

Friendly and helpful. They understand people and that's a massive thing. They don't rush and are very empathetic.

Legit company and very friendly people . I got accepted with a provisional license and low credit score was for a capped amount but was able to find a car easily with the budget given. Very communicative between myself and the dealership would definitely use these guys again in the future
