This company is EPIC! If you’re in the market for car finance literally stop your search now!! I can’t recommend Brocar highly enough. From the very first interaction, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their systems are seamless – they always know who you are, and you’re never passed from pillar to post, which makes a huge difference.

What really stands out is how much they genuinely care. The team are incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and reliable – they always call back when they say they will, and at no point do you feel uncertain about your decisions. They give you complete confidence throughout the process.

Getting the initial finance in place was smooth and impressively quick. Then, when it came to finding the right car, they were just as supportive – using their national network to source options and guide me through everything.

Unfortunately, the car I initially purchased had an issue (no fault of Brocar) and had to be returned. This could have been stressful, but Brocar handled the entire situation for me. It was a lengthy process, but they truly had my back the whole way – advising me on my rights, managing the return, and ultimately unwinding the agreement and securing my money back.

We then started again with another dealership, and throughout it all, their attention to detail and support never dropped. It was faultless from start to finish.

The personnel whom l dealt with, Victor was very,professional, friendly, patient and went an extra mile to assist me to get the car that l like very much. I felt very comfortable to discuss matters, make choices and make a final decision. The purchase itself was made promptly and with careful guidance. Whenever l made a call the other personnel were also very professional, polite and very helpful.

Brocar finance are a class act. Karel and the team were brilliant from start to finish. They not only arranged the finance, they also sourced the vehicle. and arranged collection.
