Lovely panels and great price for the quality of them! Only downside is changing the delivery date wasn't really an option other than leaving a note under the scheduled delivery.

They sent part of my ordr wrong
They sent part of my order wrong. I ordered 5 panels and I received 4 in the colour ordered and one in a different colour. I've contacted via email and they replied very quickly saying they will fix the mistake and arrange an exchange for the wrong panel. All good till here until they give me the exchange date: one week . I was not happy about this, their mistake and my unfinished house. Do not try the phone number, nobody is answering. I went in Oldham to do the exchange myself but they didn't have it in stock in there,so I had to go in Rochdale and all of this on my time and money.
Maybe everything will be alright for you if you are lucky.

Fantastic quality wall panels
Fantastic quality wall panels at unbelievably low prices. I'm genuinely impressed with the value for money. The only thing I'd improve is the delivery time, but with the demand they clearly have, it's understandable. Overall, I would definitely recommend British Homes Direct and will happily order from them again.

AVOID!! Pay more and buy from elsewhere!
I ordered on the 8th of July and have been waiting THREE WEEKS for the delivery. On the morning of scheduled delivery I received a text stating it's out of stock. This company is an absolute joke. Customer service is awful! Take 100s of pounds off people and provide an atrocious service.
I've been failed every single time by this company. They don't take accountability nor do they try to fix problems they create.
Beyond disappointed and frustrated!
