Second time buyer soon to be third, great quality panels at a great price. Delivery takes around a week, and you are contacted by the delivery driver a day or two before he arrives by call and text just to confirm delivery times are okay. I will be ordering the outdoor panels shortly. Don’t hesitate to purchase these panels 👍

Great experience with British home direct.
Ordered, delivered with in a week and the quality is just as we expected. Delivery men great brought right to the door n helped my husband bring them in the house.

I bought products from them
I bought products from them, some came damged and some came wrong. They are almost impossible to deal with, took weeks to get responses and still wouldn't resolve it. Tried to go back through my payment provider and they lied to them so the payment went through. Didn't get a refund, didn't get the correct products, but they got my money. Personally I'd avoid, they're happy to take your money but good luck after that

The panels are poor quality
The panels are poor quality. They're made from cheap plastic and don't cut cleanly, making them difficult to work with.
I'm also concerned about the reviews. After delivery, the company sends a text offering a £10 refund if you leave a review. As I understand it, incentivising reviews like this is against Trustpilot's guidelines because it can influence customer feedback. This makes the overall rating feel misleading and doesn't give potential customers an accurate picture of the product.

Excellent service. Competitive prices. I was able to chose a delivery date to suit and even when I had to change the delivery address there was no problem. Tracking on the delivery day was a big help too
Communication was very good.
Looking forward to getting the wall panels fitted they are just what we wanted.
