Great products, great service

The British Attire website is clear and easy to navigate with a great range of quality products. There was good communication throughout the purchase and delivery process and my item shipped exceptionally quickly to Australia. I love my Barbour purchase and will happily shop with British Attire in the future.

Excellent customer support

I had an excellent experience with British Attire’s customer service. My express shipment was delayed by their third-party carrier (FedEx), but the team handled the situation brilliantly. They were incredibly supportive, very responsive, and kept me updated every step of the way.

Together, we quickly found a solution, and I received the item that hadn’t been delivered in no time. Truly top-notch service from start to finish.

The service was outstanding

The service was outstanding. Items arrived almost overnight.
However, although I loved the quilted Joules jacket, it fitted well (size 14) and was great quality…. the navy colour was SO dark it was almost black. I very rarely wear black at all so I returned it and that process was simple and straightforward too.
