Customer service is very tricky and not responsive often. If there are issues with the medicine the responses are very generic and don’t take into consideration the person. Also, they are very limited in the medicines they offer.

Over 100 Pounds Down and Truly Life Changing
My experience with Brello has been incredible. I’ve lost over 100 pounds over the last 14 months, and their support throughout this journey has made such a difference. Their customer service is attentive, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. I’ve always felt like there was a real person available to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with the process.
I’ve also personally experienced very few side effects, which has made the entire experience feel manageable and sustainable. This journey has changed so much more than the number on the scale, and I’m incredibly grateful to Brello for helping me feel supported every step of the way. I truly couldn’t recommend them more!

The doctors had excellent communication or responsive to all questions. And the product from Southend pharmacy was excellent and provided great results. I have lost 40 pounds on Brello in the last year and a half. Customer service is also excellent. The first time I ordered it took a bit for the product to arrive, but they kept me informed. The last order arrived in 2 days, so they are doing much better!

Very quick to fill and ship. Package always arrives in good condition and great communication. Sometimes trying to contact them is a little convoluted, but I have always gotten a response fairly quickly. Website/contact process could be improved some, but definitely no issues with products or service.

I highly recommend you steer clear of Brello. They are terrible to deal with and have subpar doctors.
Terrible care from the doctors who don’t read the notes you leave in the questionnaire and you can’t talk to them or message them directly.
I have used them before for tirzepatide and tried switching to them since they had a better price for one prescription I’m on and the doctor kept writing the prescription for less than half of what I’ve been taking. I quit getting tirzepatide from them because they were quite a bit more expensive than elsewhere and it doesn’t work, it's like they’re selling watered down vials or just plain water in the vials. I noticed an immediate difference with the tirzepatide I'm getting from my new provider.
I talked to them over a couple of days and they said they could and would fix the prescription. They wrote it again another 3 or so times for the same wrong dose. I then told them to cancel the order.
I won’t be back and I highly recommend everyone stay away from them. Guess I should have know to stay away from my previous experience.
