Terrible Customer Service, Questionable Business Practices
Extremely disappointed with Brello Health's service and business practices.
I ordered tirzepatide from Brello because they were significantly cheaper than my current provider (several hundred dollars less for a 3-month supply). I'm nearly a year post-VSG and have been successfully using tirzepatide for a month through another provider.
The Issues:
- Denied my order due to being "post-op VSG" despite being almost a year out and already established on this medication
- Charged my card immediately upon order
- Completely non-existent customer service - I have called multiple times, sent two emails, and left messages in their chat system with ZERO response
- No human contact available when you need help
The Bottom Line:
While saving money seemed appealing, the complete lack of customer support and communication makes this company impossible to work with. My current provider may cost more, but they actually answer the phone, have real humans to talk to, and check on my progress monthly.
Save yourself the headache - pay a little more for a company that actually provides customer service. The "savings" aren't worth the stress and hassle.
Update: Still waiting for pending charge to drop off since they won't respond to reverse the denial in the first place
Update: after the first review they did make it a priority to respond to me. I spoke with a representative on the phone and they were able to answer all my questions and reverse my denial. I hope moving forward this level of communication continues.

As for internet’s ( lack of a better word) medical services and pharmaceuticals Brello is quite good. They helped me as I needed it and answered my questions. The response time was not fast, but reliable in their information and efforts to meet my needs and address my concerns and problems. I have lost 40lbs in 2 1/2 months, the medicine is helpful, not for everyone, but inform yourself prior to begining being responsible for your own health. Brello met my needs, thank you Brello! Also a side note, I do not believe that it is all about the $ for them, the care in the details proves that to me.

I waited so long for my order and when it didn't show up, they expedited my replacement right away. Plan to wait several weeks though so if you are on a dose make sure you give yourself 3-4 weeks just in case, I didn'trealizeand had to titrate back to a starting dose. The compound is fantastic though.

I was able to reach customer servie, including the pharmacy, when I left my Tirzepatide out of the refrigerator for 24 hours. The pharmacist was able to help me and I didn't have to wait long to get transferred. The product has been great and delivery is quick. I would purchase from them in the future if I needed something.

Very unhappy with Brello this time around. Customer service took days to respond and then passed me off to the pharmacy. Unable to make contact with pharmacy. They sent me a beginners dose after I started ive been on for several months. All the vials had very little liquid in them. Maybe 1/4 ..1/3 filled. Product is also not the same i used to receive from Brello right before they left Florida. I was very excited when they were able to start up again. However, now I won't order or recommend Brello to others. The dosage sent is for 2.2 mg 1st month. 4.4 2nd, 6 mg 3rd. I was maintaining on 4.5mg per week. The medication is weaker and im very unhappy how much I spent and how little I received. I stopped trying to reach anyone because I felt like a druggy. 3 months will last maybe 2 if i micro dose. Very disappointed

I haven’t list as much weight as I think I should have after 5 months on “T”.
20 lbs. I am never sure if things are on track. There are lots of messages sent to me that make me wonder if most of it is sales gimmicks. It is hard to speak with a real human being and not AI. Iam not 100 happy with the program just OK

I have been on brello for alittle over 4 months and I am very happy with everything. Customer service takes a little while to respond but other than that shipping is fast and everything comes cold and neatly packaged. Im down 72 lbs so far and will continue to buy from brello.

I'll have to say that the customer service experience was awesome when I reached out to restart with Brello. Illinois took a little bit longer to get Southend back into status, but well worth it. I restarted on a Monday and by that Wednesday Southend had it to me. I would recommend Brello over and over!

Be prepared to face issues with care continuity when they face licensing barriers. Was expecting me to have a dramatic drop in dosage for my script (for no reason other than the fact that I had to get medication elsewhere/with a med spa because they could not fulfill it in my state) with Brello because of licensing issues on Brello’s end… which would be comical if it weren’t for the fact that their targeting marketing was prompting me to return once they got their licensure sorted. Total waste of time and energy trying to come back after a lapse in Brello’s ability to supply medication. Look elsewhere for reliable care.
