I had previously purchased 3 Breeze collars and been pleased. I reordered the same items, but received a completely different style collar that will not fasten. I ask for a replacement, but was told to donate these to a local shelter and purchase 3 more! This is NOT a quality company and their customer service is non-existent! I would give them 0 stars, if possible!!!

We started using Breeze collars in March of this year. I read so many positive comments but was still concerned they wouldn't work on our two dogs. We were using an all-natural spray but wanted something we didn't have to spray on them. Now, six months later, I can tell you they work great!! We are so happy with the protection the Breeze collars provide our dogs. Thank you so much for creating this wonderful product!

Still waiting for my order. Website shows an order # and Tracking # for US Postal Service. When I enter Tracking number it states they (USPS) hasn’t received package as of yet. It’s been 6 days. Can’t get a response from them no phone # either.

After having great success with these flea collars, we ordered 10 more (we needed to replace one of the originals due to we accidentally grabbed our whippet mix by the flea collar to get her away from an ant pile and it broke). Unfortunately the design has changed and the new style doesn't stay on. I have already contacted Breezedo and their response made me feel as if I wasn't putting it on correctly. I even opened a new one and was extremely gentle trying to clasp it but the nub on the end is so flimsy it either folds over or if you are lucky enough to get it into the hole, it pops right out. The new design is not staying on and we are constantly having to hunt them down and put them back on. I don't mind spending the $$$ on something that works but it can't work if it doesn't stay on. I will be iniating a request for refund of the 7 unopened collars but am not hopeful due to some of the reviews I have come across about the difficulty of obtaining it.

The collars work!!! I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and they are inside/outside spoiled babies 😁 First order was spring and to my pleasant surprise my zoo is all flea and tick free! By this time every year I’m normally battling fleas but not this year 😎 I ordered again to catch the sale and be prepared . Thanks for a great product ❣️😎🙌

4 dogs and 3 are as active as bump on the log and all of the collars fell off and lost in the yard! This collar is a damn joke they won't stay on! Making the collar garbage!

I bought 6 breeze flea n tick collars once i received these collars . I put them on my dogs only to find out that there new design clasp are worthless . The flaud clasp does not work as a clasp should . The clasp doesnt keep collars on my dogs because there clasp is flaud .

I ordered a collar for my 7.5 year old cat after previously using drops. Although I had to remove it after a couple of weeks due to an allergy I feel like this would have been a great choice overall!
The collar smells nice & he didn't object to wearing it at all!

Never been a fan of flea collars because of the horror stories I hear about them. A friend had one on her dog and we decided to give it a try because nothing else has worked that we have tried. Within 24 hours the fleas were falling off the dogs. While it is pricey, it's definitely worth the price because it works and has had no harsh effects on the dogs for the few months they have had it on

I am amazed how flea-less my two dogs have been while using your collars! I have told all my friends about your collar. This morning I saw ONE FLEA on only ONE of my dogs. Last year, without your collar it was a real challenge as there were multiple fleas on both my pups even after bathing and spraying other natural products. I was very hesitant to buy this. Last year I invested in a natural device which was supposed to emit a specific non-audible wavelength to deter fleas and ticks. It did absolutely nothing to protect my dogs. I really wanted something natural but had been utterly disappointed with every product that I tried. So I was doubtful that your claim could be true. Your collar has no scent that I could determine. So, again, I was super skeptical. We travel a lot with our dogs. With your collar on they have remained flea and tick free whether we have been in the mountains or camping at the beach. My two dogs have worn the collar since May. I take it off for bathing. I am a true believer now! It really works! Thank you, Barbara

I just purchased the awesome collars for my 2 dogs that you sell and I am very grateful for them! After using the horrible chemicals to combat fleas for many years there is finally a safe and natural alternative. I no longer worry about the deadly toxic side effects and actually ineffective flea prevention of those awful spot on treatments. Breeze collars are not only TOTALLY SAFE, as they employ only natural, safe herbal ingredients but Breeze collars are WAY more effective at keeping the awful bugs off my fur babies. Breeze collars are also cheaper because one collar lasts way longer than any other method I have used. My dogs are very allergic to flea bites. Using the other methods the fleas would still bite and my babies would ALWAYS be chewing and scratching at those bites. With Breeze they NEVER itch, scratch or chew because the fleas don't even get the chance to bite! I highly recommend them for all of your fur babies, cats and dogs.

So this is a strange review. I have not yet received my product. My review is for the customer service. I was considering purchasing collars for my cats. I was offered a 50% discount but as I worked thru the purchase my total was not reduced. I left the website. Breeze sent an email about my cart not being finished up and I responded letting them know about the lack of a 50% discount. They stayed in contact with me and eventually fixed the problem and reduced my total by 50%. I hope the product is as helpful as their customer service...I will be back to let you know.

First, it took three days to get my cat used to a collar (Ms. Cat thinks she's a rebel). I would put it closer to her, sprayed pheromones around it and finally just put it on her. She pawed at it, which I expected. She did adjust to it.

Second. I clean surfaces and wash towels each day. She lays on these. The eggs actually come off. Each day is less and less.

Third. Within a day, I could tell a difference in her personality. She was starting to go back to her personality, which is usually sweet. She is sleeping better.

The company did give me a partial refund which is why I’m writing another review. I appreciate it and I’m sorry this product didn’t work for my dogs.

These collars don’t work! My dogs were infested with fleas while wearing the collars. I felt good buying these because they were supposed to be made without harmful chemicals. I contacted support at Breezedo way before 30 days to get a refund. I sent request after request only to get a reply after a couple of months stating they have a 30 day refund policy. I never received one response from them before that. They’ve refused to issue me a refund so I’m going to dispute it with my bank. Don’t buy the collars they don't work and the customer service after they get your money is even more useless. My name is Kolleen Wallace and I’m a very unsatisfied customer of yours that I’m sure you’re fully aware of. I want a refund I filled out 3 customer contact forms on your website before the 30day policy was up, so you all were notified that these collars are junk and I want a refund. Unfortunately I don’t get a copy of my submission.

I need somebody to contact me because my dog has only been wearing the flea collar since April (this is near the end of July) and it broke. I would like a replacement for free please. It is supposed to last 8 months and I have only gotten use of it for 3.

Our little pug was plagued with fleas most of the year. The only thing that seemed to work were the injections from the veterinarian that were supposed to last for 3 months. Unfortunately the shots would wear off after a month & half which left us trying to supplement with flea baths, collars, & stinky sprays in the interim, but they never worked & we just didn't feel comfortable exposing our pug to all those chemicals. We tried many natural remedies as well, but Puggles couldn't seem to stop scratching. In some extreme cases, our pug developed rashes & hair loss with scabbing & sores. It was heartbreaking. Then we saw an ad on FB with people describing the same issues & conditions that our poor pug had been through with other flea meds & how with Breeze dog collars, the fleas & itching all went away with NO SIDE-AFFECTS. So, being skeptical, I must have gone to their website & saved it to my shopping cart about 10-12 times before actually ordering the Breeze flea collar. I summoned up the courage after a few weeks & ordered the collar & am I ever glad that I did!!! Within less than a day of putting the collar on, we noticed a change for the better. Our pug stopped scratching & eventually the rashes from the other products even cleared up & his hair grew back ...& the collar protected him for 4 months! We will never use anything else on our pug. Thank you Breeze for such a great product!

I have ordered your products previously and been very pleased. I have recommended Breeze to quite a number of people. It's safe, reliable and a great company to deal with.

To be honest, I was shocked at how effective this collar was! Originally, I had tried Soresto but it was so expensive and full of chemicals. The Breeze collar is all natural (I believe) and so good at ridding Brutus of fleas and ticks. In Florida, we have a serious flea problem so it was imperative to find a product that worked and didn't upset the dog. And, with Breeze, I found it!!!

I had to try something my cat was losing all his hair from inching and scratching. the first time i noticed was about 3 hours later he wasnt scratching no more. i said wow and he started growing his hair back in about 2 weeks time and still scratch free.Thank you, thank you thank you.
