I was looking at the flea collars that advertised however never once ordered it and all the sudden there was a charge on my card. I caught it in time and reported it as fraudulent. I'm writing a review

I bought 4 last year with the instructions saying it was good as long as pkg wasn't open until use. 2 worked. This spring I opened other 2. Cats have them on since April. They are useless. One is scratching and biting like crazy. Going back to monthly topical which I know works. Website doesn't even work anymore for me to ask questions!

Sent you a message 4 days ago but have had no reply. Would like to hear your response as to why the last 3 collars did not work for my cat.. All previous collars worked great on him, but these last 3 just did not do the same. Would appreciate refund or replacement please.

I was hopeful the product would work on my 3 indoor 😸 kitties. Unfortunately after 30 days there was only more fleas and scratching, even though they smelled great, but my babies were miserable. It’s like there was just the citronella smell no product to interrupt the flea cycle as they stated it would. I was offered a 60% refund which I chose as it would have cost me close to $18 to package and return non-working collars and after everything I just didn't want to do that. Customer service was rrsponsive

If you order these collars keep your expectations very very low. I received three in the old style which makes me think I got their old stock. They insisted I didn’t however my collars do not resemble the ones in the ad. They’re a dismal failure. I was conned by the great reviews (obviously bots or paid) and my cats paid that price.

I approached customer service asking was I supposed to activate these collars in some way, warm water, microwave? I received a cut and paste response for a dog. I don’t have a dog. Extremely disappointed in myself for being so conned. They prey on people who are desperate to help their animals. Caveat Emptor.

And yes I’ve vacuumed to within an inch of my life and wash sheets in hot water every single day. I’ve sprayed. These fleas cling to the cats and the worst bites are under the collar and behind the ears, tail and rump.

If you read this and still decide to buy you’ll soon be writing a review like mine.

Update: I didn’t bother to get hold of Breezedo customer service. There’s zero point. The product is a dismal failure. I discovered diatomaceous earth powder and within four hours cats stopped scratching and excessive grooming stopped. It’s a process but a week along the improvement is incredible. Ditch the Breezedo collars like I did. Complete scam.

Haven't used product yet, just opened it and was confused about application. I appreciate that I got a response that resolved the problem very fast---within an hour or two.

Breeze didn't work for my cat but, Customer service took care of my situation and offered a partial refund. I truly appreciate what they did because others just don't give a refund. Thanks so much @

These collars are a game changer . My dog had a twitchy episode using chemical drops . Never seen a flea or tick with these collars and cheaper as they last 8 mths . They work . Prompt delivery and good communication from the company throughout

They didn't work well on my 6 cats, but customer service was extremely helpful in getting my refund!

I first bought this for a dog I previously had. She had a bad reaction to the seresto flea collar so I was on Facebook and this came up on my news feed. I figured it was worth a shot so i took a chance and my dog skin cleared up and was normal again. Now I have a yorkie and going to put her on it now that she is almost a year old cause to keep going to the vet every month is not convenient for me.

Even though I ended up receiving a partial refund because I contacted customer service about an issue , I gotta say that their customer service is great, prompt responses, polite, throughout.

I made a mistake on my order and emailed customer services. I received a response from Joanne almost immediately. The matter was resolved the same day.

This company provides me the option to NOT use insecticides to treat my Dog for fleas and ticks.  I will be a customer of theirs for a very long time. The exemplary customer service is always a plus.

I got the collars last week. I put them on the cats. I didn't find the book as indicated. I let you know. The reason I didn't know what to look for. I am electrical challenged. I am please how the animals have calmed down.

Love this product. Best we found do glad we did.

I LOVE this product!! We live in a rural area and fleas can be BAD! But thus product works great!!!
