Downloaded this app as I thought it might help after seeing the adds. It was very apparent that its actual presentation was very different from what is all over social media. As such after the small trial charge I cancelled the account. This was hard to do but I did so on the app and the website. I was not able to log back in and it said my account was unsubscribed so I thought all was fine. I was charged for two months before I spotted the ongoing charges. This is utterly unacceptable and is NOT in line with the T&C’s I signed up to. When this happened to many others who posted reviews the usual developer response is to point to the T&Cs and they point out they are clearly stated. In my case tho this was 100% not the case. I placed a review on the App Store and the developer said reach out to them via customer services. I did that and surprise surprise they have not responded. I know they got the email as got their standard automated response after my first email, subsequent emails including my request for a refund were stonewalled. This I feel is utterly fraudulent and utterly unacceptable. If they do the decent thing reach out to me and refund me I will amend this review and provide an update. They probably won’t but we will see. For a wellbeing app this is extremely poor. I have requested info from them and will see what happens. Right now I would give this a minus number if it were possible.

I was ill informed, which was my own fault but the team at breeze were very helpful and gave me a fair response.

I had inadvertently signed up not understanding exactly what I was signing up for. I received a booklet but I had the understanding it was complimentary. At any rate, I was treated very well in that they are refunding the charges which showed up on my bill.

Scam (it says the trial is 1$ and you get charged around 20$…)
UPDATE after Breeze reply : I immediately contacted their customer support that refused to refund me. And no, it clearly said it was 1$ for the trial during subscription, I didn't misread. Luckily my bank refunded me.

Reply from Breeze
Okay, now they are trying to take additional money even if I canceled subscription ling time ago. And twice! Do you believe how impundent they are? 30€! And with those previous, when I registered, it is plus 17€, totally 77€. Scammers!

If I could leave a 0 Star Review, I would.
I saw an ad pop up on instagram and was curious to see the results of what I entered.
I agreed to a free trial at $1 and ended up being charged $15 more which I never agreed to.
To make matters worse, they never sent me what I was initially interested in, which was the results of the test I took. I emailed them, and they refused to give me my money back, even though I let them know I never received anything. They said it was sent to my email and they would not issue a refund because it is final. So, they can steal your money and not deliver you what they said they would.

There was indeed a charge that I had not fully understood at first. After contacting customer support, the matter was reviewed and the refund was approved. The escalation team also followed up to confirm the process and to check whether everything was resolved properly, which I appreciated and honestly did not expect. Thank you for the assistance throughout the process

Good experience just too expensive for what I got out of it.

This is just to update for other users. I eventually got a reply 2 1/2 days after I first emailed this company...and only after I had posted on here and I replied with the email address they had supplied in that response. Funny that. They gave the same bullshit as they have to others about it being very clear what we were signing up to. Lies. In the end my money didnt leave my account tho so, thats a small win. The best win tho is that I reported their ad on youtube... and google have agreed that they are a rip off and from tomorrow they will be banned from advertising on that platform anymore. Im presuming that is because others had also reported their shoddy practises too. Awful company, preying on people with trauma. I hope they get shut down completely now

Another scam app. Don't remember seeing my results, but remember something about donation as other users mentioned. Either way, didn't subscribe to anything and deleted app as I found I got no time for it, as I'm a new mom. I dont even know how long ago this was but now I saw I've been charged 24.99£. Maybe got charged before and I didn't even notice. Like I would have any spare money now when taking care or a infant and going through all postpartum troubles. Didn't even know what was it untill googled company. Straightaway first link in google was to cancel subscription, what coincidence, so I get myself out of their records. Should have known better and checked in trustpilot, like sny other unknown company.

Absolute con. As everyone else says, the website lures you in, with a "donation". Then charges you 14.99, plus the donation. Really poor website and app layout designed to confuse and difficult to cancel. How on earth this has not been shut down,I have no idea. Attempted to contact with no response. Nervous more payments will come, I've ended up having to cancel my card.

Stop trying too take £24.99 out of my account every months.
I’ve cancelled all subscriptions in Google Play, deleted my account ON YOURBWEBSITE and you keep trying to charge me. I’ve blocked you as a merchant at my bank. You will never get the money.

The support team at Breeze was very accommodating and addressed my request to cancel my subscription and processed a refund expeditiously and professionally. The interaction was actually a pleasant experience.

Never do business with this company. They are thieves and don't care at all. They don't actually want to satisfy customers, or do work that would prove when a customer is right and they are wrong. They just want to take your money and then tell you about their policies.
I tried signing up, website hung in processing, never completed sign up. Then I all of a sudden started getting charges on my credit card. I tried to login in online and see why - I got in to my account where it stated I did have access to anything and I sent them a screen shot of it and told them I wanted to cancel. They said because access to their materials starts immediately that they couldn't give me a refund. I told them I didn't have access, never got it, never saw anything, etc. I asked them to check their web logs associated with my use of their website and all and they would see I never accessed anything. They continue to refuse to refund me. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will waste the time of every customer service agent I can until I've extracted the profit they think they're stealing from me through the wasting of their agents time. Screw this company - they suck.

The customer service and follow-up I received was excellent. My need was promptly and completely addressed. Good Customer Service is always a key element to any business engagement.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I would rate a zero if I could. It is true what others are saying that this company will not work with you to reverse charges if you subscribed by mistake. They simply don’t care that you haven’t used their app nor plan to use it as long as they have your money. I see in the comments below that Marellya got a refund when she accidentally subscribed…what about me and the others?? They say here in response to complaints that they understand the frustration (blah blah blah) and will review the cases, but when they do, their answer seems to be a No for all but a few. They have now asked Trustpilot to get my name, phone number, and a reference number (none given on any recent correspondence) to verify my information. My guess is they want my review to disappear. I see that a few “Invited” comments have appeared in the last couple of days…perhaps to counteract all the negative ones. Truth is truth…I hope no one else loses their money to these scammers. And to think this is an app that promotes mental health…what a joke!
