Whoops!

I had made a mistake and purchased one of their packages I hadnt meant to purchase. The fault was entirely mine.
I sent an email asking fir a refund, and complaining I hadnt authorised that. I had, but didnt realise. I got a reply explaining my mistake kindly, and my panic was met with understanding and patience. Plus I got my refund.
Thank you for speaking with me kindly, it really shows you care, which to me verifies the whole app on another level.

Random payment, not advertised, no confirmation needed

Got charged more than i should,ve. it was written 1$ offer to support, and afterwards without any confirmation i got charged another 14,99$. I've written them an email, im really hoping to get my money back, since i didnt even use the app, i just logged in to deactivate my subscription

This company is evil. Advertising to people with trauma, a test that only becomes unlocked after you pay for it. Profiting from human suffering. These people obviously have no ethics, morals, values, that they would be okay with this.

Scam

Scam. My wife signed up for a dollar quiz and got charged 15 bucks and then 30 a week later. They don't respond, cancelling anything in Apple subscriptions does nothing and you basically have to cancel your card.

I wasn't happy about being subscribed and felt Breeze hadn't been clear that would happen. Having complained I was very happy to see I had been refunded the subscription fee and my subscription had been cancelled. Thank you for looking at my case and rectifying it 1. Per my request and 2. This company is committing fraud

This company is committing fraud. I am having issues after a double mastectomy, and losing my hair due to chemotherapy. I thought I'd try their analysis and help and bought that. Then, they "added on" extras almost by default. No purchase was actively confirmed. There was an ad for purchasing something, which I did not want, so I hit continue at the bottom of the page. Then I was charged and extra $14.99 and then another $4.99.
Continue does not mean purchase. Continue does not mean submit. Continue does not mean check out.
BAM! Credit card charged, and they won't refund. This company makes money on fraudulant charges, NOT BY HELPING PEOPLE.

Refund requested

The app has a great concept, however the subscription is way too expensive to not have the therapy sessions built in. That is why I canceled and asked for a refund as they tried to charge me while still under the free/reduced period. It took some hassling emails and over a week or so for a response and for it to be resolved and start processing the refund I shouldn't have even been charged for.

Unexpected recurring charges after trial - no receipts or subscription emails

I signed up for the USD 1 trial and believed I cancelled it within the trial period. I then discovered I had been charged USD 29.99 per month for around a year.

I received no emails from Breeze confirming that my trial had converted into a paid subscription, no monthly receipts, no renewal notices, and no cancellation confirmation. The only evidence I had of any ongoing “subscription” was the recurring charges appearing in my Wise account.

When I contacted support, they said the trial auto-renewed and refused to refund the charges. I asked them to provide records showing when the subscription was authorised, when it was cancelled, whether any receipts or subscription emails were sent, and whether I had used the paid service. So far, I have not received that evidence.

I did not knowingly maintain this subscription, did not use the app after the trial, and believe these charges should be refunded.

Breeze support - please review this properly and refund the recurring charges.

Another customer scammed!

It said how much you would like to pay and gave 4 options: £1, £2, £10, and £17. I am a single mum to two young children with no extra money to spend, so I clicked £1. I was charged £14 immediately. Why????
I should have checked Trustpilot reviews. I always do, and with 2.3 stars, I would have never interacted with this sham company. They obviously have invested a lot of money into advertising because obviously they can't keep their existing customers, so they have to catfish new ones all the time, and this is how they make money. I will definitely log a complaint. How on earth can they get away with this for so long?
