Authorised £1 transaction they took £14.99 extra. Took days to respond eventually after I threatened to report as fraud, which it is refunded.

Illegal keeping data, and fraud payments. This is a scam and scammers that are targeting victims of abuse, the worst of the worst.
AVOID or it will cost you financially and stress trying to get money returned. But if scammed keep on asking for refund or charge back as they probably survive on the money people just don't argue about.
Do note that the positive reviews on here are mainly ( invited) . This is a true review please learn from my mistake.

I authorised a £1 transaction to receive my report, I then received another charge on my account that I didn't authorise. I emailed and no reply. I threatened a chargeback and received an email and refund. I asked for my data to be removed from ALL emails and received this.
Taking advantage of people with trauma is disgusting. Not removing data when requested is illegal. My advice is to avoid and treat as spam. If you do have money taken without permission, carry on asking for a refund or a chargeback.

On my Google feed I was shown an ad from Breeze entitled "Was I Abused? Take the quiz". Absolutely disgusting! It's inciting people to answer questions suggesting their parents abused them as children. These people should be banned. Why am I being shown this? This should be illegal.

My grand kids signed up for a subscription without my knowledge or approval. While Breeze has a clear terms of use policy of no returns, they graciously granted my refund request and did so immediately. This is very important to me when I'm purchasing something as I am on a limited income so this company shows me they are genuine in their products and are trustworthy with doing business. In today's world that is rare so thank you Breeze for shining thru and above with your customer se4vice.

I am moderately disabled with cervical degenerative disc disease and am 5 and a half months post op with 2 back to back revision surgeries planned for the end of the year. After opening the app I found that the movements would not be a good fit for my condition, which also includes nerve damage, muscle weakness and balance disorder. Not only where the support team understanding to my situation but they also helped me with canceling my subscription and were friendly and super helpful. Thank you my Breeze Angel 😇

Downloaded this app as I thought it might help after seeing the adds. It was very apparent that its actual presentation was very different from what is all over social media. As such after the small trial charge I cancelled the account. This was hard to do but I did so on the app and the website. I was not able to log back in and it said my account was unsubscribed so I thought all was fine. I was charged for two months before I spotted the ongoing charges. This is utterly unacceptable and is NOT in line with the T&C’s I signed up to. When this happened to many others who posted reviews the usual developer response is to point to the T&Cs and they point out they are clearly stated. In my case tho this was 100% not the case. I placed a review on the App Store and the developer said reach out to them via customer services. I did that and surprise surprise they have not responded. I know they got the email as got their standard automated response after my first email, subsequent emails including my request for a refund were stonewalled. This I feel is utterly fraudulent and utterly unacceptable. If they do the decent thing reach out to me and refund me I will amend this review and provide an update.They probably won’t but we will see. For a wellbeing app this is extremely poor. I have requested info from them and will see what happens. Right now I would give this a minus number if it were possible.

I had inadvertently signed up not understanding exactly what I was signing up for. I received a booklet but I had the understanding it was complimentary. At any rate, I was treated very well in that they are refunding the charges which showed up on my bill.

UPDATE after Breeze reply : I immediately contacted their customer support that refused to refund me. And no, it clearly said it was 1$ for the trial during subscription, I didn't misread. Luckily my bank refunded me.
