Great products and service. When I had a minor issue (with a handle) I was helped by Sultan who sent out the part I needed!

Ordering was easy, delivery took only a week and the set-up was quick with the manuals.

Great Products! Quick delivery.

Ordered a set of the 40kg dumbbells.
The website said next day delivery however the estimate date was a few weeks away. I got in contact with the support team and they confirmed the estimated was correct and the website needed updated which it was within a few hours of contacting them.

The dumbbells came well packaged as well as split between three packages making it a lot easier to carry to where I would be setting them up.

Overall the quality is great the latching mechanism for the plates seems solid and very secure. Easy to use between sets.
Highly recommend them if you're just start your own home gym/workout.

I ordered the heaviest black dumbbells. The shipment arrived quickly but of the four packages one was incorrect. After unsuccessfuly trying to contact Braingain three times (in three weeks) through the form on their homepage I contacted them directly via email. Sultan of customer support got involved and things quickly moved in the right direction. Within a week I got the correct package and the incorrect one was picked up again by UPS.
As far as the dumbbells themselves are concerned I have only used them for four workouts but so far I really like them. They look and feel great and take up far less space than my loadable dumbbells. Changing the weight is easy. Putting them back in the stand correctly after a hard set takes some practice as they have to be oriented correctly. So its best not to change grip after picking them up. One downside is, that the platform itself sometimes gets picked up alongside the dumbbells when using heavier weights (fewer plates remain on the platform)
However I would definitely buy them again, they are a massive improvement for a homegym that is short on space.

Adjustable dumbbells are incredibly flimsy and prone to locking and/or breaking. I've had to replace the handles several times since purchase. Some under warranty, some at my own cost, only for them to break shortly after. Would not recommend this product.

The BrainGain customer service team got in touch and I've been incredibly impressed by their response to my negative experience. They've been very polite and understanding to the circumstances and have more than addressed the fault with the equipment. The replacement adjustable dumbbells feel significantly more durable than the originals and I am looking forward to using them again. Thanks to BrainGain for taking the effort to remedy the situation.

Had an issue with my 40kg adjustable dumbells.
Put an email into BrainGain support desk and Zain was all over. Sent me a replacement part and problem sorted. Easy to communicate with, easy to deal with and quick resolution - what’s there not to like about that - thank you Zain much appreciated!! By the way he owned to the end.

I've had the SmartBells Pro 41.5kg Adjustable Dumbbells for a few weeks now and I'm very satisfied with them, they feel sturdy, are easy to adjust, have a good grip, look great in my home gym, and the shape of the base is pretty useful to stick your feet under, thus helping with exercises such as crunches.

As a side note, I ran into some communication issues trying to get one of my orders sent back but Molly from BrainGain's Customer Service reached out quickly to get it sorted and I'm genuinely grateful for that.

Would easily recommend, a great team selling great products.

Easy order process, quick and best shipping by UPS. And once at home you get the best dumbbells ever. They are packed very protected, soooo solid and professional and look even gorgeous. BEST choice EVER !!!

Delivery was quick, however part of order was delivered to a different address (couriers fault) Issue was sorted by Braingains customer services, namely Sultan and the missing part of my order was sent straight out - great service

Excellent 40 Kg adjustable dumbbells. They took a few days to arrive but they are very good. Beware that when they do arrive the boxes are very heavy!
