Most affordable product of this type on the market. Used for several months before one handle wasn’t working, contacted customer service who sent a video and detailed how to fix. Now back to full working order.

Adjustable dumbbells. I had a problem with my 32kg adjustable dumbells. I have to say the company has gone above and beyond to sort it out.

I purchased a foldable Pilates reformer and sitting box from BrainGain. I love the product it is sturdy, easy to use and arrived in record timing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Molly who’s customer service was AMAZING! Molly ensured my buyer experience was super easy and smooth. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BrainGain.fit. I purchased a pair of adjustable dumbbells that were advertised as "new" via their associate on Facebook Marketplace. Upon arrival, it became clear these were customer returns being passed off as fresh stock.

The dumbbells have been nothing but a headache with mechanical issues and it’s no wonder the original customer returned them. Despite this, I’m was left with no way to return them or get a replacement.

Potential buyers should be aware that this company appears to be bypassing consumer laws by misrepresenting the condition of their items. Selling returned goods as "new" is a breach of the UK Consumer Rights Act and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations.

Save your money and buy from a reputable brand that actually honours your statutory rights. Total lack of accountability.

I accidentally ordered the 40kg dumbbells instead of the 24kg set, but Sultan quickly amended my order and refunded the difference without any hassle. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. The dumbbells themselves are solid, well made, and great quality. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Arrived quick. There was then a little issue with one and after a couple of emails received a new handle.

Quite happy and would consider buying from them again.

I just got my dumbbells yesterday and only used them a couple times. So far the product is great and really easy to use. It’s exactly what I hoped for.

Bought a pair of 24kg adjustable dumbells.

One arrived faulty as the weight plate kept slipping out.

Customer service was excellent and was able to troubleshoot and identify the fault, and send me the replacement part within 3 days of raising the issue with them.

Weights are good - extremely easy to change weight and do the job nicely.

Great service from Sultan. There was an issue and he quickly rectified it with minimal fuss.

I bought a set of adjustable dumbbells a few months ago. One handle started to rattle a bit. I contacted the customer service that fixed the problem by sending me a new handle. Hassan, who assisted me, answered within minutes and I got my new handle in a couple of days. Excellent experience!

Great product and even better customer service. Really happy with dumbbells and when handles started sticking Hassan was very helpful and replaced them straight away. New handles worked perfectly.

I purchased the adjustable dumbbells last year and I have found them very easy to use and convenient. Recently a piece of plastic broke off from the handle and some of the weight combinations could not be selected. Zain from customer service solved the problem expertly and posted two brand new handles to me. The dumbbells are now as good as new. I would highly recommend.

Had a faulty adjustable dumbell stand and they replaced asap after it couldn't be sorted from home.

Got a very competitive deal through Jon for a number of different bits of equipment- he was excellent and I'm pleased with the equipment for the cost.

Unfortunately let down by the delivery and therefore can't give 5 stars and 4 is probably being generous. Either the warehouse didn't send out the second dumbbell or DHL drove off without ensuring they'd dropped off all boxes in the consignment. The savings I had made by placing an order with multiple products was therefore pretty much completely offset as I had to stay at my property for another two days. One in the hope the dumbbell turned up the following day and then again when the re-delivery was arranged. Jon did re-arrange this delivery very promptly after I'd notified him what had happened. Nevertheless it was an additional two days of staying in unpaid (as I'm self-employed) and unable to get somebody else to take delivery of the items.

I purchased a pair of the 40KG adjustable dumbbells from BrainGain and I do really like them. Their customer service was excellent. I had a faulty handle and although they had some stocking issues, Zain reassured me and was able to get me a replacement. I bought the dumbbells back in November 2024, so excellent customer service and they do help out with you 2 year warranty!

After nearly a year of use one of the clips snapped off. Within 24 hours a replacement was dispatched.
