Solid quality , bought on Amazon , delivered even faster than anticipated. Recommended

I would love to review the weights themselves however unable to do so due to them not being delivered 19 days after ordering.

I have had to email them twice to be told there was stock delays and told the usual “thanks for understanding etc etc.”

I will be sure to review the weights as I have genuinely heard good things however when it comes to the buying process I can’t say anything positive

The product (adjustable DBs) is great and easy to handle. Haven't had much time to use it yet, but so far it's been delightful. Looks and feels sturdy, which is very important as I got the 40kg option.

There was a tiny misunderstanding on the side of the 3rd party handling fulfilment for them, but their CS agent Sultan worked very diligently to work that out in my favour.

I highly recommend these dumbbells! They are exactly as shown in the videos and described in the articles. The build quality is outstanding, and they are incredibly easy to use.

They look so good that I even keep them on display when I’m not training. I’m absolutely delighted with my 41.5 kg chrome dumbbells.

I can also highly recommend Braingain’s customer support. After I misplaced my invoice, Hassan from Braingain Customer Service sent me a PDF copy within a very short time.

I would recommend these dumbbells to anyone looking for high-quality equipment that performs exceptionally well and looks fantastic at the same time!

Great customer service. Had a little problem with one of their promotions and Sultan was quick to deal with and honoured the price that was shown to me.

All products I've purchased have been of top quality and great to use. Highly recommended

As said I am very happy with the product. The only small things needs adjustment is the delivery :)

I am rating my whole buying experience and not just the product itself.

I chose to buy the 23,5 adjustable dumbbells. The black variant is really good and the build quality is excellent . I also really like the change mechanism and that I can choose from several different weight adjustments.

Unfortunately though the delivery service was a complete catastrophe and thus I am rating this with only 3 stars.

Their DHL delivery partner is not consistent at all and the package was delivered to a Post Office more than 1,5 km away from my house. That was despite me waiting in my house the whole day for the delivery.

This forced me to buy a transport stair climber just to be able to bring the dumbbells back to my house since I don’t own a car.

I think the consistency of the delivery partner should be seriously considered especially when the products are heavy. The customer that expects a house delivery should not be responsible to deliver the product themselves .

Apart from that I am really happy with the product.

Sultan was able to resolve our repair under warrantee by dispatching the spare part from the UK to Italy. Throughout the process Sultan was extremely communicative and helpful. Our equipment is now working perfectly.

Brilliant Customer service from Zain, very helpful. Delivery was really prompt, the quality of the weights were very good, solidly built and does the job well, really speeding up workout time.

Ordered pair of adjustable dumbbells. Product seems good and well made. Priced better than competitors. Delivery a little confusing because both dumbbells came independently and I thought I’d only received half my order. However there was great customer support from Sultan. Rapid, polite, informative and a good end result. The other dumbbell arrived a few hours later. Well done.

I'm very happy with my adjustable Braingain dumbbells. The ordering process was smooth, and Zain from customer support was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to assist me and made the experience a very positive one. Highly recommended!

Dumbbells are great and hassan helped me a lot when i had a problem.

Dangerous product. Cheap China made products with a BrainGain logo. Plates keep falling off and have already damaged my daughters toes. Dropshipping at it's worse.

Love my adjustable dumbbells. They do exactly what it says on the tin. Great product and equally as good customer support. I had an issue with a handle breaking and was sent a replacement with no issues. Many thanks!

Great adjustable dumbbells, sturdy bench and stellar customer service

I genuinely love the adjustable 40kg dumbbells. Very easy to use. Very stable and reliable. Weight is easily adjustable by turning the dial. The bench is quite solid, never wobbled even when I used 29kg x2 dumbbells for my chest flys.

Amazing customer service provided by Hassan. He answered my emails quite quickly and professionally. He was super helpful and friendly.

Overall, great experience with both the products and the customer service

I initially purchased a set of 5-40 dumbbells 3 months ago, but unfortunately 1 mechanism started to get very tight the more weight was put on, and didn't "click" on adjustment like the other. I contacted Braingain, but heard nothing back for a few days, and then Sultan emailed me back, as well as a message on the facebook page. Sultan swopped out the faulty dumbbell within a few days, didn't interrupt my workouts, and happy with the replacement. These are perfect for home gym, and adjust quite quickly for drop sets, happy with my purchase

This review is solely based on the choice of courier that Brain Gain uses when delivering their 41.5kg dumbells. I'd rate the dumbells it I had a complete set but I have yet to have a complete set after 15 days. The courier used is UPS and I've have nothing than outright lies from UPS regarding delivery attempts, rescheduling delivery stating that I rescheduled delivery (which I didn't) partial delivery with additional failed attempts or accurate rescheduled delivery dates. Brain Gain have been apologetic regarding the whole ordeal but at the end of the day they're also powerless in reaching a solution to this debacle. I'd say that you're better of sourcing these dumbells from another seller with alternative delivery options. I'd gladly change my review if this ordeal was settled but as things stand I seriously doubt that UPS will honor delivery.
Update - Brain Gain made sure to follow up with UPS and the issue ws escalated for a swift resolution. Thanks to Hassan for all his help setting this right!

I recently purchased the 24kg adjustable dumbbells and am really impressed with the quality and how easy they are to use. I initially had a slight issue with one of the dumbbell handles, but I contacted customer services and Hassan resolved it incredibly quickly. It's rare to get such fast and helpful support these days. Highly recommend both the product and the company!

So happy with my 40k adjustable weights! The product is beautifully made, such great quality and works like a dream. Prompt delivery too, although only two of three boxes arrived and I thought the other one was missing however it was delivered separately the next day. Speaking to Sultan in Braingain customer service (who was super helpful), it seems like this is a regular thing with the courier - would've just been nice to know this in advance so I didn't need to be concerned.
Other than that though, a brilliant experience and I can't wait to use my weights more!
