Plasterboard Delivery
Ordered plasterboard and various other items. Was advised that it would be delivered on Friday 5 August between 13:00 and 14:00. I had to phone the branch a number of times as the delivery did not come. Eventually at around 16:00, I was told that my plasterboard had been damaged and they would have to deliver on Saturday. Successful delivery by a very nice man on Saturday.
I felt like I wasn't being kept in the picture by the branch as I kept having to call them.

Cannot fault this company
Cannot fault this company, our storage shed arrived very quickly. After reading the instructions we decided to have our holiday and put the shed up when we got home. The weather being typically British delayed us another couple of weeks.
The instructions were very comprehensive and between my husband and myself we erected the shed, as we came towards the end there were a couple of fittings missing. I contacted Bradfords and they were very helpful, they contacted their suppliers and kept us informed, the last two remaining parts are on their way.
Thank you Bradfords, would definitely recommend you.

Very impressed
Very impressed. Ordered online and delivered within a couple of days, unlike some other merchants.
Delivery driver was polite and very efficient and had unloaded the lorry within 20 minutes.
Will definitely be ordering again in the near future.

The delivery was a little late but…
The delivery was a little late but everything ordered arrived. It was mainly decking planks and we found one had a large chunk missing on one corner. I called the store and they immediately agreed to replace it free of charge.
