On delivery some items were not present. Metal work had not been put on the truck but was delivered separately within an hour. Compost unavailable at my local depot was delivered from another depot in the afternoon.

I ordered a replacement glazed unit for a Velux window after it suddenly just went bang. Bradfords realised there was a possible recall on the type of unit I'd ordered. They contacted me and gave me the number to call Velux on. I made the call and sure enough Velux confirmed that the unit and 4 others in the house needed to be replaced as they could spontaneously smash.

Bradfords cancelled and refunded my order without hesitation.

In my opinion, they could have just taken my money and I'd have been none the wiser. Instead, I've now been able to eliminate the possibility of someone or something getting seriously hurt by an exploding glazed unit.

I recently had a delivery from Bradfords and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The driver was extremely rude and dismissive – he didn’t listen to what I was saying, even after I repeated myself twice. He came across as uninterested and unprofessional, and didn’t even acknowledge me when leaving, no goodbye or anything.

The only positive part of the delivery was the apprentice who was with him – he was polite, helpful, and actually took the time to listen. It’s a real shame the main driver let the whole experience down so badly.

Mel the Kitchen Showroom Manager at Yeovil is amazing. I rang this morning with the phone answered very quickly, asking about a kitchen door on a very old Bradford’s kitchen. She had the information at her fingertips, she couldn’t have been more helpful, it was an absolute relief and delighted to talk to her. I would have absolutely no hesitation in contacting Mel if I ever needed a new kitchen or parts.
