Bad Experience

Very bad communications, no updates on delivery date or time after ordering. Website not user friendly. Customer Services only available on email. Depot staff not helpful. Would not use again.

Fantastic team, fantastic service

I've used Bradfords a few times now and I was one of those really annoying customers today that turned up just before close, luckily they was not that busy at the time. But what a service they always provide , guys in there are like a little family very helpful very polite I just could not fault the team what's so ever lovely people and a pleasure to do business with would use again with out fail and would highly recommend.
I think probably the best service I have received from a builders merchant and good quality timer also.

Easy to order online. Good order updates. Good prices. Pleasant staff
