Response to a customer complaint
Outstanding service. I replaced my daughters feather edge fence panels with those supplied by Bradford’s at Trowbridge. After 14months a number of the panels were cracked and broken. I sent in a complaint, with photos, to Alison Watts who promised to look into it. This she did and raised it with her manger Tom. After clearing it with their head office, I was authorised to replace them which I did. This is excellent service, particularly as the panels were supplied by another company called Taffs. Highly recommended this company and their customer service.

Prompt and helpful delivery
I had fourteen bags of various material. The driver took the trouble to line them up carefully along my drive so that the each material was in the most convenient place for my use. Thank-you.

never a problem
I have never had a problem with the guys at Trowbridge their service has been excellent. The only thing I have ever had an issue with was a driver who did not follow delivery instructions and finished up damaging our driveway. Which was corrected promptly after a visit from the manager.

It was easy to order, the products were the best price we could find and communication was great. Delivery was within a couple of days and arrived in time for us to do the work. We hadn't left a lot of time in between ordering and when we needed the items. The only slight fault was that we were given half an hours notice of delivery on the day. I called to confirm it wasn't a mistake and my husband had to rush home to take delivery. So slightly more notice would have been useful but it was a great, quick service.
