I don't like the fact that I have to create my own graphics in Adobe Illustrator (which I am not familiar with) in order to use the sign plates. You should have designers who do this for your customers.

We understand that some customer may not have access to Illustrator and once your order is placed, we send over a catalogue with standard designs to choose from if needed. I can see this was sent over to you on July 15.
I can also see our team reached out to offer assistance with your artwork and managed to get this printed on a quick turnaround and the goods were delivered on July 29.

My order was delivered to the wrong place. It was verified. I’m still waiting for my idem to be resent. Why is this? I’ve spent thousands with you and have another location to open next summer. I may just find my items somewhere else.
