Bouncepad's customer service is very good.
I've left off one star because of the heavy cigarette smoke smell that all the Bounce Pad stands arrived with. Even after the stand being unboxed for a few months, it is still smelly.

We looked and looked for the right stand for checking in children. We bought one to check the quality. Very nice. So we went ahead and purchased another. Very happy.
-our biggest concern was, “Will the stand tip over?” Nope! Very solid.

I still have not received my order…
I still have not received my order which is targeted to arrive in July had I known it would take this long I would have purchased a different product. We were on a time crunch and this is not the time frame I had planned for.
