​As a new Botanique Paris customer, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It’s been about two months since I started using the Revital Eyes Under Eye LED Therapy, and it has exceeded all my expectations. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in puffiness, and the skin where my fine lines used to be is visibly smoother.
​A quick 10-minute daily session was exactly what my routine was missing. From the seamless website experience to the beautiful packaging and fast shipping, Botanique Paris is absolutely worth the hype. Received a defective unit

Received a defective unit , and quickly reached out to customer support . They were very prompt in resolving and replacing the unit , while still connecting to make sure I had a good experience with their reps . This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. Do NOT buy from them. They sold me an under eye device for £60 that was supposed to remove my eye bags, with results promised in " as little as 5-10 days". I tried it twice a day for over 3weeks and it made ZERO difference. When I asked for a refund they said I could only have one if I did the following:

To proceed with a return under our updated policy, we require the following:
• One (1) 5-minute usage video showing a typical session
• Seven (7) consecutive daily photos with a visible date and time stamp

I then found out that you can buy the exact same product for under £10 on Temu as well as cheaper on many other cheaper outlets for exactly the same product.

This company is a SCAM and NOT to be trusted. Look elsewhere if you really want to find this useless product and avoid being RIPPED OFF.

I used the online tech support team for…

I used the online tech support team for an issue that looked like the product was failing. They gave me clear diagnostic steps to follow and if that didn’t work clear steps to gather information so they could do either remote diagnostics. They nailed the issue on the first suggestion and the problem was solved immediately. Great support from Cath!

I purchased 4 products.

I purchased face cream, eye cream, tanning drops and RevitalEyes. I’ve had mixed results. The face cream is ok. The eye cream I see no change in the puffiness. The tanning drops are effective. My first Revital eyes broke after a few weeks. The customer service sent me a new replacement, which I appreciate.

Excellent Customer Service

Cath from the support staff was very quick to respond to everything and was able to provide a solution when I had a typo in the address and the shipper couldn't/wouldn't deliver even after being sent the correct address. It was one of the best customer support experiences that I can remember having. I appreciated it very much. They were very responsive.
