Bosch proved to me that their customer care is disgustingly non existent.
Failed to get justice locally so I contacted Germany. After the initial email promising a reply I am totally ignored. Bosch is only concerned with profits and although money is made from my country I do not want to believe that they consider us as a third world country not to be taken seriously.
So one can complain till blue in the face and Bosch remains steadfastly unconcerned
Will I ever touch anything with the Bosch tag- NEVER!!!
Will I recommend Bosch NEVER!!!
All that hype about German precision and German perfection did not appear in my instance so I do not know whether this is a massive hoax

Approximately three months ago, I availed of Bosch Car-service for a car maintenance check, followed by two or three subsequent repairs. However, I've been experiencing consistent issues with my vehicle since the initial service.
Recently, my car's indicator has illuminated, signaling a low oil level, which raises concerns for me. It seems improbable that I've had to repair my car three times within the past three months and yet still face this issue.
This situation suggests that there may have been oversight or a lack of thoroughness in the previous services. Regrettably, this has left me dissatisfied with the quality of your service. I'm compelled to express my disappointment, and at this point, I cannot recommend your services to others.
I believe it's crucial to address these issues and ensure that future customers receive the level of service they expect and deserve.
