Never again. I get 227euro bill just for scanning the car for errors. I paid the bill but will never again go to your garage and will suggest no one to go! This for me is just stealing. I paid money to not make a scene and will never step around this garage anymore
During APK check, they suggested to replace brake discs and pads and then I let them to do so. After a while, I started hear a voice from right front. During periodical maintenance on my official dealer, they checked that voice and found out that the cause of this voice is operator mistake during previous repair done by Bosch Car Service. I sent them an email, no reply, I sent a reminder, still no reply. As a former employee of Bosch, I felt shamed on the behalf of you😡
Went for a repair, thought the price was too high. They broke my door handle and wouldn't repair it at first. Long story short, the manager agreed to repair it for free at the cost of the item, but i wouldn't really trust it. I ended up ordering one off ali express for no more than 5 euros.
