Easy to book but garage didn't check for bookings so wasn't booked in. The garage agreed to see me but their price was different to advertised on book my garage. They agreed to honor advertised price

Having reviewed the booking, we can see that BookMyGarage notified the garage as soon as your booking was submitted and that the booking was opened by Hawks Garage just 17 minutes later.
It therefore appears that, unfortunately, the booking slipped through the net at the garage's end.
We apologise on their behalf for the inconvenience this caused.

The whole experience with budget tyres has been unsatisfactory. MOT appointments were cancelled multiple times by smithdown rd, had to book with speke rd. Paid for full service but the fluids were not done which is basic. Tracking is a joke, redone it yet no change. absolute waste of time and money.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry for the confusion surrounding your booking.
Having investigated this, we can confirm that your booking was sent to Group 1 Basingstoke immediately after you submitted it on 7 July at 3:56pm.
However, the email was never opened by the garage, which unfortunately meant that the booking slipped through the net at their end.
As a result, the information you were given does not appear to reflect what actually happened.
All of our partner garages are expected to contact customers within four working hours of a booking being made, so we're sorry that this process was not followed in your case.
That said, we're pleased to hear that the garage was still able to accommodate you and complete the work when you arrived.
We will be discussing this matter directly with the garage to establish why the booking was missed and to help prevent similar occurrences in the future.
