Inaccurate Time Slot

The website allowed me to book an afternoon slot. However the garage phoned to request I take the car in at 9am as they didn't have any afternoon slots. I did this, but the work was not completed until 4.20pm. (So I might as well just brought it in , in the afternoon). I spent the whole day wandering around the town.
The oil change completed was fine.

I was able to book my mot at very short…

I was able to book my mot at very short notice, add other things to the job such as full service and even change the appointment last minute.

Booking process was quick and easy

Booking process was quick and easy, but choice was am or pm chose pm but no time was given, told garage would call with a time. This did not happen so rang garage got an AI receptionist who told be they would get them to call. Still no response so called again and spoke to a staff member who hadnt got a booking for me. The car was booked in there and then by Mark for a re-gas a couple of days later, original price quoted was honored and job was done well. Staff were very friendly and Mark also showed me how to use the aircon. So alls well that ends well

We sent your booking to the garage immediately after it was made on 2nd July at 2:15pm, however, our records show that the email was never opened by the garage, so unfortunately it appears the booking slipped through the net on their side.
We'll be speaking with EAC - Halesfield to ensure this doesn't happen again and to reinforce our expectation that all customers are contacted within 4 working hours of a booking being received.
That said, we're pleased to hear that Mark was able to arrange your air conditioning re-gas, honour the original quoted price, and complete the work to a good standard. It's also great to know that you found the team friendly and appreciated the extra help in showing you how to use the air conditioning system.
Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the process.
We're glad everything worked out in the end and hope this experience won't deter you from using us again in the future.

JCC Autofix

JCC Autofix. Came when they said, identified the problem quickly, told me what was needed and picked car up today to hopefully bring it back on Friday all sorted.

Car service and Mot

Everything was fine, I've been to this garage a few times over the years and they have always been good value for money, polite, courteous and friendly. They gave me honest answers to my questions that I had. I would go back again and recommend to others.

I used the site to book an MOT

I used the site to book an MOT. I needed one quickly and the site allowed me to search easily for a garage that was available sooner rather than later. I booked through the site and got a message within minutes from the garage confirming my booking. Very happy with the service and I will definitely use this site again next year.
