Fast delivery and low price for the ordered item. Kind was giving me a bottle as a gift. One minus is that delivery cost could be less or free from €50. Delivery was very expensive.

I had a pretty good experience searching and buying at Bobshop, despite the overall evaluation I saw at the internet. I did split my full order in two orders, since this was my first time buying from them. I can tell on both times the picking and delivery processes were super fast and the orders arrived flawlessly.

Webpage was easy to use, they offered free shipping and they gave me a bottle for free

Lots of choices, quick delivery.

Great choice of products at a good price, but would rather you increase each product by €1 and offer free returns, with return labels printed in the box. I am often not sure of size and need to return on-line purchases if they don't fit as expected. 12GOBiking and Mantel do this very well... even if a few euros more expensive on gloves, shoes socks, etc. I prefer their return procedures.

Expensive but found. I was looking for cycling wear of my favorite brand in many online shops but couldn't find my size. It was almost sold out. Finally, I came to BOBSHOP to find my size. Amazingly, they have all size though others have a few.
Delivery was also amazingly fast.

I have ordered a bike shirt on July 30. The money was withdrawn a few days later, but I have not received anything. No shirt, no information, nothing.
I have written several emails to Bobshop, but no answer at all.

Awful - avoid, customer service is awful. Be aware of Import Tax charges.

I wonder how bad this can get...
