Bobshop was an easy website to navigate, and easy to use to order. I ordered a replica Intermarche-Wanty team kit (2024). It arrived quickly, and I am perfectly happy with the fit and quality of the merchandise.

In small countries like Estonia there is hard to get lot of good brands represented locally.
But in Internet-era this not big problem anymore - there is good online shops available and Bobshop is one of the best for ordering cycling staff - lot of choices and moderate prices (you can`t buy good staff on cheap prices anyway) ...
So I am satisfied and will continue to refresh my cycling clothes etc through Bobshop every year

To begin with, the website is well structured, good offers and easy to manage.
Right after I made the purchase all the reuired automated were sent to me, indicating that the package is being prepared, tracking number, etc.
That is the first positive sign.
Second, my order arrived is a relatively short time which made me happy. And lastly, I have received awelcome water bottle :-). Always nice and thoughtful.

Products and delivery were fine. However, the site is misleading about potential tax duty for shipping to the UK. The minimum order is £140, and the UK threshold for these tax duty (20% of shipment value + handling fees) is £135. This anyone buying from the UK WILL have to pay 20% extra.
That really makes any order more expensive than buying locally
Stay away if you buy from the UK, I had to pay £70 on top of my £300 order...
