Walking through the doors, there's always a sense of excitement — you never quite know what you're going to find, and that's part of the charm. The store is packed with an enormous variety of products, from home and garden essentials to food, drinks, toys, and seasonal items. As someone who enjoys a good bargain, B&M is right up my street.
What really stands out is the incredible value for money. Prices are consistently low, and you regularly find big-name brands sitting alongside quality own-brand alternatives, all at a fraction of the price you'd pay elsewhere. It genuinely feels like every visit saves you money.
As a company, B&M is doing a lot right. Their range continues to grow, and they clearly understand what their customers want — affordable, everyday products without the fuss. Their seasonal ranges in particular are excellent, whether it's garden furniture in summer or Christmas decorations in winter. They keep things fresh and give shoppers a reason to keep coming back.
The store layout is straightforward and easy to navigate, and staff are generally friendly and helpful. It's no-nonsense retail done well.

I bought the 5 piece raffia black garden set 2 chairs , sofa and table with cushions which cost £300 the chairs , cushions and table were fantastic easy to assemble however the sofa was a nightmare nothing matching up it wouldnt click together , looked awful the best we could get it was to make it a two seater but still again would fit in the centre all in all very disappointed

The Customer service in Great Yarmouth market gates was excellent Today, I had a problems with a toy that I bought, I got home and found out that it was broken so I took it back in store and They patiently located an resolve my issue efficiently… i’m really grateful for their help and I knew it was a busy bank holiday, but they still went out their way

I wanted to return some mirrors which were no longer required. I lost my receipt so I emailed customer services and Jane was excellent. She very promptly sent me my receipt which I then used. Very pleased with how efficient Jane was. Thank you

I had a very disappointing experience at the B&M store on Erdington High Street. While the staff were polite and doing their best, the conditions inside the store were completely unacceptable. The temperature was extremely uncomfortable to shop for any length of time.
During warm weather, adequate air conditioning or ventilation is essential for both customers and staff. I overheard multiple customers and employees commenting on how unbearable there heat was,which clearly suggests this is an ongoing issue rather than an isolated incident.
Employers and business have a responsibility under health and safety regulations to provide a reasonable working environment for staff and a safe environment for customers. The conditions in this store appeared to fall below acceptable standards, especially during extreme heat.
The store environment needs urgent attention, as no customer or employee should have to endure such uncomfortable conditions.

I purchased a tin of paint which I didn’t need after all. Stupid me didn’t get a receipt. I thought it was going to be a real pain trying to get in contact with some one to help me or the usual slow replies we’ve come to expect. But fair doo’s to B&M here. Customer service was fast, friendly & efficient. Thanks a lot Issabelle.

Bought kettle at another branch went ilfaulty did not keep the receipt went faulty in less than 4 weeks took it in to my nearest shop they would not exchange or refund me said i had got take back to the shop i bought it at they were all very unhelpful the staff did not want to no i had the proof on my bank account .

I have been twice this week to B&M in Burgess Hill
On both occasions all the staff were delightful and so helpful
I took something back hoping to exchange for a different colour
I had lost my receipt, but was given the customer Service number
I called Christa was so helpful and arranged to send me a copy receipt on line
I will give back next week and use the refund to purchase something else. I look forward to my next shopping experience at B&M Stores
