Arrived promptly/ ink refill kit is great
Items arrived promptly, well priced. Filled my printer cartridges with ink, was easy to do (should have worn gloves though - oops!) printer works well, feel like I hacked the printer cartridge scam. A4 1UP stickers are good too.

Too much waiting around
waiting around for a parcel of ink(s), not knowing whether the package will be delivered in the morning or afternoon is inconvenient. An estimated time of delivery especially when it's an afternoon exspectation would be of benefit.

I paid instantaneously; a refund should be instantaneous too.
The company did not have stock of the item I ordered, and they cancelled the transaction. That is fair enough, and they certainly advised me promptly and told me that a refund would be forthcoming. However, a week later that refund has still not been credited. My payment to the company via credit card was instantaneous - equally, the company's refund to me should be instantaneous too.
