In stock then not available. . . . Very disappointing
I purchased two black toner cartridges from Blumax after the website clearly showed they were in stock. Several days later, I was informed that the items actually weren’t available and was given the choice of a refund or swapping to coloured toners, which I didn’t need. The delay, the incorrect stock information, and the lack of a suitable alternative made the whole experience very disappointing. I won’t be purchasing from Blumax again unless their stock accuracy improves.

Ordered 26th Dec Feb 2 still not arrived
Ordered 26th Dec. Order put on back order, nobody bothered to let me know. Contacted them early January and they said two weeks and will send via “express post” when they arrive. It’s now Monday night Feb 2, still not arrived, it was supposed to sent by StarTrack last week. When I questioned why it wasn’t sent Express Post as per their initial email, they replied they don’t use Express Post.
