I booked a hotel in turkey. Moments after booking hotel said they have cancelled my booking.

Cheaper prices in comparison to other websites.

I like the all in packages with no hidden or not looked at cost

I booked an hotel in Japan at Hoshino Resorts Kai Nikko on blue pillow’s website.
When I arrived at the hotel it was totally closed and even looked abandoned.
They don’t want to refund me ..

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel owner was very hospitable and friendly. We would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Total scam company bluepillows.com they are trying to rent our place with no authorisation from us so beware and don t fall for it they will steal data from other platforms to make bookings ,you will lose your money.

Summary:
$50/night for Private room with King bed, Bathtub, and Parking right outside my window.

Context:
It was luxury for me after nearly two weeks on the road, sleeping in tents, or bunk beds in dorms.

But:
* The door was jammed so I had to ask for help, but the front desk guy came over and helped without complaining - at 1:30am in the night.
* The shampoo in the pouch was cheap, insufficient, and gooey like plastic.
(Luckily I had brought my own travel shampoo/conditioner/soap/ lotion etc.)

Just checkd at the hotel i have booked 2 adults and 2 kids the hotel staff has told me that there is onlu booking for 2 adults this company is scammers!!! Will take my refund from
My bank!!

this was a cottage advertised through blue pillow with 9/10 ratings! it was damp, pokey and from the 1970's - brown, brown and brown. it was in stop and call pembrokeshire at the top of the hill. i could have managed that but i lost a front door key. the owners tried to charge me £150 for one lost key saying they had not others and would have to change the locks! who has one key for a holiday let??? anyway, after weeks of back and fore they wouldnt let up so ive ended up paying £62 quid for key - very poor show.

Hence, this website is a scam and only a trick to link you to other websites.
Hence, be very careful with lowest price offers. Stick with reputable websites and don't be tricked with lowest price offers.
