Scam site

Scam site, never trust them and never give them your creditcard details as they sell them and don’t make a reservation for you.

HUGE SCAM

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. HUGE SCAM!!!! I paid the reservation amount and they lied that my payment did not go through / was not received by their bank and they would cancel my reservation. I can’t believe I fell for this, I just lost €800 and feel ridiculously stupid. PLEASE AVOID AND SPREAD THE WORD!!!

if your booking has not been completed and has not been successful, the pre-authorized money is refunded within the time frame set by your bank (usually up to 10 working days).
It is only a pre-authorization that is made by the systems to complete the booking.

If there are no confirmed bookings or special cancellation conditions/penalties, such as non-refundable bookings, we do not retain our users' money.

My Accra Expedition

Great accommodation, airport pickup was the most exciting, friendly staff and the apartment is well kempt with state of art equipment. The beddings were superb, and the Manager Elther kept on checking on me to ensure that my day started and ended well. It felt like home and can confess that I have found family in Accra at Achimota Apartments and would recommend my colleagues to lodge there too.

We booked Casa Marcuya in June 2024

We booked Casa Marcuya in June 2024. Unfortunately we had many problems with the house. The electrics were unsafe and we had many electric shocks and the electric tripped on a regular basis. The plumbing also needs some upgrades so that the showers do not run hot and cold continuously. The beds all need to be replaced. There was a roof terrace but the access was unsafe so completely unusable. We were aware that the air con was not available in the bedrooms and had requested fans prior to our arrival. One was initially provided and after many days we finally had 3 but had to go out and purchase the last fan needed ourselves. Pool developed algae and was unusable for 2 days of our stay. Finally, our deposit was also not returned even though the owner promised he transferred it to my account.

I would put down 0 stars if I had the…

I would put down 0 stars if I had the option. These people are the worst booking company I have ever come across in my entire life. They could not even make our stay shorter by a day, stating that "there was no availability", even though we had already had this room booked. This company is useless and will not try to help you whatsoever.
