Professional service and Neat and clean installation

Neat and clean installation, with a perfect fit that looks amazing. The installer was very professional and worked efficiently. He didn’t spend unnecessary time marking or making extra holes—he knew exactly what he was doing and completed the job quickly and neatly. Another great thing was that he brought a garbage bag and took all the waste away with him.

Overall, it was a super nice experience. He explained how to use everything very well, helped set up the remote controls, and made connecting the mobile app very convenient and easy.

I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a professional installation.

Cellular shades are one thing; installation is another!

Cellular shades are one thing; installation "made easy" is another thing. Firstly, DIY, really, but follow the following adjustments to the installation instructions: First, the bracket attachment screws are made for a square end screwdriver, which many DIY folks may not have, although Phillips #2 screwdriver will sort of suffice as long as not much pressure is needed to drive it in. Furthermore, if the bracket needs to be attached for inside mount, the back screw head is sufficiently fat or thick that it did not permit the back of the shade enough room to click up into place. We had to buy the same size Phillips flathead screws. Also, for drilling into wood, a 3/32 drill bit is recommended, but the hole is tiny and the screw needs much more torque to go in, and using a Phillips head screwdriver may chew up the screw head. We found a 7/64 drill bit to be much better. So, even though installation was a sad saga that should have been simpler--and perhaps the idea is to promote the use of one of the shop's handymen--following some of the above tips should allow you to DIY!

Wonderful experience, Highly Recommended!

Sarah at the King St Toronto store was a pleasure to work with, helped us with every detail and Daniel our installer was great getting it all put together in our home as well. Price was right. We are very happy with our cellular shades and drapes! We are already planning our next order!

Staff overall was friendly and helpful

Staff overall was friendly and helpful. The saleswoman was very nice and helped us pick out the blinds and curtains that we needed. I didn't give five stars because the man who installed the left screws and other little bits behind on the floors and I almost stepped on screws in bare feet couple of times in the days following.
