Perfect Experience!

Could not happier with my experience ordering my fireplace. I have been watching this particular unit for about three years and caught it at an amazing price. It shipped right away and arrived by FedEx freight on time without even so much as a speck of dust on the box. I cannot wait to install it!

Great price, great support

I had a great experience with them, not only did they have the best price for my fireplace insert but the support was top notch. I called and messaged in a few times, they were SO helpful.

So I’m not really impressed with this…

So I’m not really impressed with this insert I think it should have another log on it to cover up those silver petals that roll around that make the blaze and also I’m disappointed with the amount of heat. It’s pushing out that was the reason I wanted it my $99 one at Amazon pushed out more heat than this one although it did break so it was cheap. I thought if I spent a little more money, I get a better product but I’m a little disappointed.

Selected my purchase and my order was confirmed and shipped in a timely fashion..very nice free shipping as it was a large box..Sale price was definitely part of my decision..I had been searching this product on line..several companies carry thisitem but Blazing Fire seemed to me to be customer friendly..
