Great sunglasses and customer service
Great quality sunglasses and great customer service. The arm broke of my sunglasses so I asked if they did spare arms that they could send out, unfortunately they don't but instead sent me a replacement t pair free of charge. I will always buy my sunglasses from Blank now and they have a customer for life.

Quality and compliments
I’ve worn these sunglasses for years and I love them more each day. The quality is superb. I get hundreds of compliments on the pink sunglasses and I’ve probably let 50 people try them on so that they can see how amazing they look on them. This company produces quality and they stand by their products.

Great quality glasses but too bad I can't recommend them
Before I state why I can't recommend them, let me give some context.
I've bought glasses from them before years ago, and my experience wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either. Forward to January of this year I bought one pair of SERPENT. glasses. The issue started then because I bought the glasses on FEBRUARY 24TH. There was absolutely no movement on the order for days and after much begging because it seems that's what I have to do for this company to fulfill an order I paid for, I get an email on MARCH 9TH that they'll finally send out my order. The order arrived on the 15th. The only good thing that came out of it was a coupon and the glasses being way better quality than the ones I bought years ago.
Forward to this month I bought more glasses on JUNE 3RD. I bought the SERPENT. again (because they were broken by someone) and the VIBE. Just like last time, absolutely no movement on the order for SIX BUSINESS DAYS. I email them on the 11th to let them know that there's no movement, and they emailed me back later that evening to apologize and say they'll refund my shipping fee and find out what's happening.
I emailed them on the 13th and told them the shipping fee refund is just ok but I just want my glasses and conveyed my displeasure that this is happening AGAIN! I let them know that I will make complaints to as many places as I can and ask for my money back if nothing is done. On Monday JUNE 15TH I get an email saying my order was shipped, but in typical fashion it's just the shipping label being printed. There wasn't any updates for a good while. After stating my displeasure on here, they fully refunded me without canceling the glasses. I told them I appreciate the gesture, but I just can't recommend them at this time.
Six days later and they're finally here. The quality is great. I'm very impressed. They also told me that they have relayed the experience to whichever team is in charge of shipping. However, I'll have to see real changes before I believe them. So it's for that reason I can only give 2 stars. The glasses are great, but you may be a customer that they take their time in shipping the stuff you bought to. Plus I'm not the first customer that delays in shipping has happened to. You can see some reviews that are like 3 years old saying the same thing.

Product is great, good quality and good fit. Emailed stating I'd like to get a different style as I didn't think they suited me and wanted to return for a change.
