Great customer service from Roanne!
I didn't like my sunglasses and didn't think the quality was great in the pain I got sent. However, the Blank CS team sent a replacement with no hassle at all. The new pair was much better quality and design. Thanks to Roanne for all the help!

Since the glasses I originally ordered…
Since the glasses I originally ordered broke after a month, the company sent me a new pair for free. I was able to choose them myself, and they’re very similar because the original model was no longer available. The return process was also really quick
They also told me that if I left a review, they would send me another pair of glasses for free.

Good sunglasses, great customer service
I already bought a few pair of sunglasses from them, and I was always satisfied. Last order got a little messed up, but the customer service was fast and helpful, and everything was alright in a matter of few days.

Very bad quality
They have the best customer service ever, but then when I eventually received the glasses I ordered, the quality is so bad, it's plastic made in china, think i could've found better quality even on temu. Glad they refund me the order because it's shit!

I buy sunglasses from BLANK, exclusively!
I buy sunglasses exclusively from Blank, since 2021, and always found a kind soul to answer any concerns when a delivery was late or with any kind of issue, post delivery.
Being an affordable brand is one thing, but being able to maintain through time and bring quality answers to customers, is something major brands have forgotten a long time ago, I will never go back.
A wide range of aesthetic and quality as well, I highly recommend!
