Brilliant customer service and quality product- ordered and received sunglasses promptly. They look great but decided they didn't quite suit me so contacted Blank about a return. Amazing staff said not to worry about the return and to keep them, and they would give me store credit to get another pair! Amazing!

Honestly such an amazing experience! My original order was delivered to the wrong address, but their customer service was incredible from start to finish. They responded quickly, kept me updated, and sent me a new pair of sunnies at no extra cost, which I truly appreciated.
The sunnies themselves are beautiful — great quality, super fashionable, and simple yet so elegant. They go with everything and I find myself wearing them every day now.
It’s rare to come across a brand that genuinely cares about their customers like this. Highly recommend!

What an unreliable company! Poor product quality and disastrous customer service! After requesting a return label, I was offered a different option each time to avoid keeping the item. I only got my money back through PayPal.
