Brilliant customer service

Very quick and helpful. The person I was messaging helped me out a lot trying to find the perfect fit for me and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this brand to anyone who likes it baggy, comfortable and laid back.

Quality Customer Service

I placed an order from Blancs a couple weeks ago and had not received it but after getting into contact with Rodney from Blancs he explained that there was an issue with stock of said order and after this he was able to sort me a replacement for a product with a higher price tag as a result of the issue and he done so with quality communication and customer service by informing me of what products I could swap with while also understanding my frustration with shipping not being fulfilled with great manner which has led to me giving Blancs 5 stars.

My experience was previously very poor, however this has soon changed, my previous parcel was incorrect and took a while to come, however Rodney at Blancs quickly fixed this and was great us a replacement getting sent out.

Blancs 5⭐️

Have ordered from Blancs previously and can say this company is going to the top. First time I ordered 3 products and they came within a week and I ordered something on Sunday 2nd from their End Of Season sale which came today Wednesday 5th so 3 days for delivery. I ordered a medium and a large in the same joggers to ensure I knew what fitted me best and their customer service was very helpful with assuring me I can return the pair that doesn’t fit so I had no worries buying two pairs. I have sent a return request so am currently waiting for it to be accepted but the transition has been so smooth for myself and am going to order much more in the future. Quality clothing, quality service. Would recommend Blancs to all.

I recently just received my order from Blancs, and I’m very happy with what I’ve got, the waffle knit t shirts are comfortable and you can definitely feel the quality same goes with the jumpers.

Such unbelievably poor customer service

Ordered a pair of joggers back in Oct 2024, they arrived but were too big, contacted to arrange an exchange (as they don’t do refunds).
Returned the joggers, which were received with a signature on 30th Nov. Since this point I have sent numerous emails, contacted via Instagram and other sources and yet still have not received the exchange.

I was told via email on 30th Dec 24 that the joggers would be received within 9 working days - yet still no joggers. I have not had a reply to any of my last 5 emails that I’ve sent, yet they are still plastering themselves all over Instagram!!!

Absolute joke of a company who are more worried about their Insta image and sending clothes to footballers!!!!

Missing Items

Ordered a jogging set and a t-shirt before Xmas 24 eventually got the order on 4.1.25, as it was a gift from my parents i did not open it untill 12.1.25 only to find what i presumed was the jogging set (in 1 Bag) to only be a hoodie. Contacted customer services who simply sent a reply stating that i had not raised the concerns within 7 days, I contcated again asking for the postage wieght which would identify that it was too light to contain all items ordered (there was no jogging bottoms in the package). STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY.
Disgusting Customer service and given it took over 30 days to deliver DESPITE stating orders will be delivered with 8-10 days, i find the response to be totally unacceptable.

Your order was delivered on 4th January 2025, and the first message regarding the missing jogging bottoms was received well beyond this timeframe. We understand this may be frustrating, but this policy is in place to ensure we can investigate and resolve any issues efficiently and fairly for all customers.

Additionally, with Black Friday orders, we did not specify a guaranteed delivery timeframe due to the high volume of orders placed during this period. While we aim to meet our usual 8-10 business days for shipping, delays can occasionally occur due to the increased demand.

We appreciate your understanding and hope this clarifies the situation.

Ordered some jogging trousers

Ordered some jogging trousers, which have never been received. DPD had never had the parcel from Blancss. Despite the company acknowledging the failure and promising a refund, it has never been received.

I will be taking further action to ensure my money is returned.
