Server manipulation documented.
I am updating this review following new developments that every trader considering BlackBull must know.
After my first profitable period, my account was silently moved from Access LD4 to Access Server 07 — without notice, without consent, without explanation. On Access Server 07 I was unable to maintain a position for more than a few minutes. I was fully liquidated.
I filed a formal complaint. I published this review. Within days, my server was changed back to Access LD4. I immediately returned to normal trading conditions and recovered my losses.
Then, shortly after, they moved me back to Access Server 07 again. Still no notice. Still no explanation. I was fully liquidated a second time.
This is not a technical issue. This is a pattern: profitable client identified → server changed → client liquidated → client complains → server restored → client deposits again → server changed again → client liquidated again.
Meanwhile, their Trading Desk sent me a written statement confirming "orders are routed directly to external liquidity providers" and "we have no conflict of interest." Their own legal documentation contains a clause permitting them to act as principal. They told me one thing in writing and did another in practice.
When I requested raw execution documentation to verify whether my orders were genuinely routed to liquidity providers or internalized, they refused.
This is not a broker that had a bad day. This is a broker that identifies profitable retail clients and systematically degrades their execution conditions without disclosure — while publicly marketing itself as a pure ECN/STP broker.

If you are a regulator reading this: the server change logs for account 508517 will tell you everything you need to know, you need to do a deep audit to blackbull markets, they represent an high risk for the retail clients, their system are build to Force the loss of clients, using misinformation and using hidden contract clause permitting them to not erogate the real services that they are promising in their costumer words and in their marketing.
If you are a trader reading this: document everything from day one. Screenshot your server. Screenshot your profits. The conditions you start with may not be the conditions you end with.
My experience with video recording and all type of screenshot will be public into few days into forex community as forex Peace army exc.

Im questioning myself how they have won all this prizes from deloitte and how FMA did not saw their unfair practice.

It's no coincidence that in the last two days they've switched servers again, aggressively liquidating your positions, killing every edge to force your losses. It's a pattern, gentlemen. In market switches, they stop being ECNs and become market makers. The authorities must conduct thorough checks on their behavior, which undermines the integrity of the retail market.
Stay away from here.
If you have this type of problem, start immediatly a chargeback from your bank to at least recover your deposits.

After 1 month of waiting, their Compliance just sent a bunch of excuses.
2 months of waiting for nothing, just to recieve excuses.
Sent to FSA and they still refuse to send a reply too.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this trading exchange, especially when it comes to crypto withdrawals. The withdrawal process is extremely slow and frustrating, often taking far longer than expected without any clear explanation or updates.
What makes it worse is the lack of transparency — there’s no proper communication about delays, and customer support is either unresponsive or provides generic replies that don’t actually solve the issue. For a platform dealing with financial assets, this level of inefficiency is unacceptable.
The entire experience feels unreliable and stressful, particularly when you need timely access to your funds. A crypto exchange should prioritize fast and secure withdrawals, but this platform fails badly in that area.
I would not recommend this exchange to anyone who values quick access to their assets and a smooth user experience.

worst withdrawal service ever, you have to beg for your withdrawal in crypto, keep saying awaiting approval even after approval I am begging them to send the money in crypto while all other platforms are instant. They seriously need to improve crypto withdrawal and make it instant once approved.

Lots of trading freezes where you can't trade volatile markets. i.e Oil at the moment
Stop outs when nowhere near the stop loss..i.e Oil again..Don't say slippage because slippage when stop loss is $95 an you get stopped out at $94.225, that's just bullshit.
They stop loss hunt nearly every night..try 100 trades and overnight 95% have been stopped out, even tossing a coin should give a 50/50 return.
Regarding your generic public reply to this...oh I have contacted support about why you have restricted USOil trading now....
First of all, the live chat is an AI bot...then via email getting a generic reply to send example and screenshot so I did.... then got this back
You say that you have stopped letting people trade US oil on a Wednesday to the end of week because it is 'too close to the expiry date'!!! Are you for real? I have traded oil till end of Friday in there, apparently now anything after Monday or Tuesday is too close to end of week
You only need to read the 5 star reviews and see that nearly everyone of them is just a mention of customer services agent by name and how good they were, nothing about the site itself... a classic tactic by companies that use fake reviews

I had a serious issue with trade execution on my account with BlackBull Markets.
On 29 January 2026, my Buy Stop order (#57433892) was placed at 5540.93, but it was executed at 5542.28. However, according to the broker’s own MT5 tick data, the highest Ask price during that minute was only 5541.99. This means my trade was executed at a price that did not exist in the market.
When I raised this issue, the broker provided a VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) explanation. However, this explanation does not match the actual execution behavior on my account. In other trades, executions are clearly split into multiple partial fills, but in this case, the full 7 lots were filled at a single price with no breakdown.
This creates a clear inconsistency in how execution is handled.
There is also a logical contradiction in their response. They claim the Ask price reached 5542.28, but at the same time state that my Take Profit (5541.93) was not triggered because the Bid price never reached that level. Under normal spread conditions, this is not possible.
Additionally, I have observed similar execution issues even on small lot sizes such as 0.01, 0.03, and 0.2 lots, which suggests that the issue is not related to liquidity or trade size.
Another serious concern is that my account was placed in “close-only” mode, yet pending orders were still executed afterward, leaving me unable to manage risk.
Despite providing full technical evidence (tick data, MT5 logs, and screenshots), I did not receive detailed execution logs. Instead, I was offered a small goodwill payment and warned about “defamation,” which is inappropriate given that my claims are based on verifiable data.
This matter has now been escalated to the Financial Services Authority Seychelles.
I will update this review based on the outcome of the investigation.
