Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with BlackBull Markets. The crypto withdrawal process is slow and poorly handled.

Even after my withdrawal was marked as approved, the funds were not processed, and I was left chasing support multiple times. It feels like you have to constantly follow up just to receive your own money, which is unacceptable.

Compared to other platforms where crypto withdrawals are processed almost instantly, this is far below standard. They seriously need to improve their system—once a withdrawal is approved, it should be completed immediately without further delays.

Until this issue is resolved, I would advise others to not even join BLACK BULL.

Thanks Mia for your time and support regarding my fund withdraw issues.
But I have very bad experience with blackbull regarding stop loss hitting with even very far value of stop loss.Also faced a number of other issues like late stop loss hitting,extra charges without informing and very huge differences of exchange graph prices and blackbull market prices.

Trading With Black Bull a big Mistake

I decided to have a go at trading after a long break on Black Bull mainly due to the trading bonus offered on trading nut also I live in New Zealand thirdly the offer of trading view being paid for. However the trading bonus via trading nut was difficult after being reassured it would happen in the end I was told it was only available if I traded on Meta trader this was contradictory to initial expectations. The Meta trader went dark or of line three times on my brief trading time with black bull and it was incredibly difficult to contact staff out side NZ work hours through any method of course no one ever got back to me why Black Bull Meta trader went downI promptly blew up my account due to over leverage which did inpart happen due to lack of dilligence on my part and difficulty navigating trade size on Meta trader but before I blew up the acct the Trading nut bonus was removed from my acct so this trading bonus is just a scam to entice people onto this platform.

TOTAL ROBBERY! $95 Risk turned into an $840 Loss – BLATANT SCAM!

⚠️ SCAM ALERT: STAY AWAY FROM BLACKBULL MARKETS! ⚠️

I am absolutely livid. If you value your hard-earned money, DO NOT give a single cent to Blackbull Markets. They are nothing but professional looters masquerading as a brokerage.

I set a strict, defined risk of $95 on my trade. How in the hell does a $95 risk result in an $840 loss? This isn’t "slippage"—this is straight-up theft. If your "sophisticated" systems can’t execute a simple exit or respect buy/sell limits, then what is the point of your platform? Your tech is absolute garbage, or more likely, designed to fail so you can drain trader accounts.

To make matters worse, when I confronted support, they actually ADMITTED the mistake. Their "solution"? They told me they moved me to a "different liquidity pool." WHY THE HELL WAS I NOT THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE? Are you intentionally putting traders into toxic pools just to hunt their stops and blow their accounts?

It is clear as day: Blackbull doesn't make money from legitimate trading; they make money by scamming their own clients.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will ignore your risk parameters, manipulate the execution, and then give you some pathetic excuse about liquidity once the damage is done.

Are you solely in business to scam people? Because you’re doing a hell of a job at it.

ECN/STP on paper only, market makers masked as ECN just for marketing purpose. Stay Away

Server manipulation documented.

I am updating this review following new developments that every trader considering BlackBull must know.

After my first profitable period, my account was silently moved from Access LD4 to Access Server 07 — without notice, without consent, without explanation. On Access Server 07 I was unable to maintain a position for more than a few minutes. I was fully liquidated.

I filed a formal complaint. I published this review. Within days, my server was changed back to Access LD4. I immediately returned to normal trading conditions and recovered my losses.

Then, shortly after, they moved me back to Access Server 07 again. Still no notice. Still no explanation. I was fully liquidated a second time.

This is not a technical issue. This is a pattern: profitable client identified → server changed → client liquidated → client complains → server restored → client deposits again → server changed again → client liquidated again.

Meanwhile, their Trading Desk sent me a written statement confirming "orders are routed directly to external liquidity providers" and "we have no conflict of interest." Their own legal documentation contains a clause permitting them to act as principal. They told me one thing in writing and did another in practice.

When I requested raw execution documentation to verify whether my orders were genuinely routed to liquidity providers or internalized, they refused.

This is not a broker that had a bad day. This is a broker that identifies profitable retail clients and systematically degrades their execution conditions without disclosure — while publicly marketing itself as a pure ECN/STP broker.

Formal complaints submitted to:
— Consob
— FMA New Zealand
— Mastercard chargeback in progress

If you are a regulator reading this: the server change logs for account 508517 will tell you everything you need to know, you need to do a deep audit to blackbull markets, they represent an high risk for the retail clients, their system are build to Force the loss of clients, using misinformation and using hidden contract clause permitting them to not erogate the real services that they are promising in their costumer words and in their marketing.

If you are a trader reading this: document everything from day one. Screenshot your server. Screenshot your profits. The conditions you start with may not be the conditions you end with.

My experience with video recording and all type of screenshot will be public into few days into forex community as forex Peace army exc.

Do not trust this broker
They are not real ecn
Hidden market making practice by the time you make money.

Support is bad too.
Account menager gone.
Compliance gone.
They are not a serious company
Im questioning myself how they have won all this prizes from deloitte and how FMA did not saw their unfair practice.

Do not trust positive review, read the bad ones.

Your money will not be safe into this platform.

I hope regulators will do a deep audit of their systems.

They do not like profitable clients.
And this is unfair, market is hard to understand, imagine a broker that is making unfair condition to Force your loss.

It's no coincidence that in the last two days they've switched servers again, aggressively liquidating your positions, killing every edge to force your losses. It's a pattern, gentlemen. In market switches, they stop being ECNs and become market makers. The authorities must conduct thorough checks on their behavior, which undermines the integrity of the retail market.

Stay away from here.

If you have this type of problem, start immediatly a chargeback from your bank to at least recover your deposits.

I hope traders reading this review will take out their money from this platfrom.
I hope also authorities reading this review will start a real and serious audit about their services, servers, hidden internalization, unfair practice and really bad support.

After 1 month of waiting, their Compliance just sent a bunch of excuses.
2 months of waiting for nothing, just to recieve excuses.
Sent to FSA and they still refuse to send a reply too.

Complaince disappeared, sent just a bunch of nosense excuses
They stopped to reply, just disappear.
They just invited to contact FSA.

They use FMA to seem legit, but they know that you can only ask enquiryes to FSA.

Read the wikifx review, they are so sospicious
Do not deposit here
Your fund are not safe
Do not trust them, even the regulators don't care about the abuse of position they use with their clients.

Just stay away and use a real regulated broker, they will destroy your right cause they send you to offshore entity that will not help you at all, try to take your money back on seychelles if you can.........

There are so many broker regulated, do not Walter money and time on Blackbull!
