Baseball 101 is a great company! A neighborhood dog destroyed my package and they resent my order at no cost when they didn’t have too!
We had an issue with an item being out of stock after ordering and they made it right with reimbursement and a percentage off on my next purchase. They were extremely timely and the customer service was excellent. 10/10 recommend.
I had an issue with shipping and they handled it no problem and re-sent the package. I called into their customer service and they answered quick and were super helpful.
I was having trouble using bc a discount code for my recent order. I reached out to customer service and they were more than helpful. They made sure that the discount code worked and also made sure that I received a free holiday box with my order. My son wears this brand like it is the only clothes available. We ordered some new stuff for school clothes and when it came in we noticed the quality of the fabric in the shirt had changed. Better, softer, and lighter. But it was smaller than the old cotton stuff too.
I sent an email to them not sure what to do or even if they would respond.
They responded within an hour or so and asked for pictures of the product.
I sent them and they immediately responded by dealing with my issue and making it right. I cannot say enough good things about their response and their commitment to making things right.
I see these other reviews here but that was NOT my experience.

Still waiting on a refund for an item that I returned, USPS tracking has the return delivered on 7/16. It’s now 9/9 and still nothing. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times, received 1 email back but still no refund!

I’ve always liked Baseball101 as a brand, but my recent experiences have been disappointing given how expensive their products are. I spent over $700 on one order, and when it arrived one pair of shorts was the wrong size and the three pairs of socks I paid $25 for were missing. I emailed the company three times before anyone ever responded to correct the issue.
Prior to that, I purchased a $90 backpack for my son. Within four weeks of regular use, both zippers broke. For the price point this brand charges, I expected much higher quality and better customer service.
I still like Baseball101’s style and reputation, but the quality control and customer service need major improvement. For a premium brand charging premium prices, this experience has been honestly very disappointing.

Took a month to get 1 of 2 pairs of shorts as they "refunded" the other pair without even letting me know. These were for my 12 yr old who wanted them for summer and now cooler weather is coming so probably won't fit him by the time he can really put them to use. On top of that, the "refund" was fully applied to a gift card he had gotten (even though I also paid some cash) and they want to charge me another $10 to ship a new replacement order

Unfortunately there isn't a 0 star option! I would choose it! Ordered a backpack Aug, 6 2025 for a child. Paid EXPRESS shipping to ensure he had it in ample time to start school. It is now 9/3/25- order still says unfulfilled! It has yet to ship! Only auto responses to email and no number to call! SCAM! They did take my nearly 100.00$ though! Worst experience ever! Would never order from them again!!!! Save time and money choose anywhere else!
