I placed a large order today for Black Friday and didn’t realize until after checkout that a tee I had in my cart was missing, I quickly went back and ordered the tee separately bummed I had to pay for shipping since my first order was well past the free shipping thread hold. I reached out via chat and spoke with Brennan, I asked him if I could combine my orders and he informed me I couldn’t (which I expected but asked anyways!) but he would refund my shipping fee as a one time courtesy! I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful, we are repeat customers and this will keep us coming back. Thank you BL101!
My sons love every item they have ever gotten from baseball lifestyle. From bathing suit shorts, shorts and short outfits and hoodies. Customer service is top notch. The response is always fast and they go over and above to rectify any issue with an order etc and make things right every time. The quality of the cloths is great too. I recommend sizing up clothes will last longer. Especially because I wash my kids clothes often since baseball lifestyle clothes are always their first choice!
I placed an order and afterwards found out that a military discount was offered. I contacted customer service the next day and they applied the discount. Quick, easy, and much appreciated!

I was disappointed that my order was just thrown in an oversize box. It was not in plastic covering or anything to keep it sanitized. Ive ordered before and this was not the case. It came beautifully packaged. I do appreciate that i was contacted immediately after reporting this.

My son loves this clothes line. They are a bit expensive but the quality matches the price. I did have an issue with a recent order but their customer service was amazing and quickly resolved the issue.
We love this brand and my boys live in their BL101. This company has made a few mistakes with inventory BUT they always go out of their way to make it right. I buy with confidence knowing that they put the customer first when things don't go perfectly. Thank you for being a brand I can trust.

This is such a great company. My son has so many of their clothing. It’s amazing quality. With our recent order a T-shirt sold out I was immediately refunded it along with a discount code. When I went to buy a new shirt. The new code was not working. The team Emailed me back immediately to discount shipping & the shirt.
I love the clothes but the customer service was top notch! I forgot to enter my promo code at check out the service rep I worked with to have my purchase amended was so quick and helpful.
I recently had an issue with the holiday gift box which was my error but upon reaching out to customer service who got back promptly they resolved the issue quickly. My grandsons love this brand and having good customer service via email is very important when you can’t speak to anyone.

I honestly have had no problems with this brand. Even during August/September when they were experiencing the backlog issues. I still received my items in a timely manner. This is the second time I’ve had to do an exchange for different items and both times customer service was great. This second time I wasn’t able to select the same item so when I reached out to customer service, they updated the order for me. Right now this is my son’s favorite brand and it does look great on him. Just waiting for the brand to send him a deal lol.
Ordered some items from the holiday collection for my boys. The package arrived quickly, but unfortunately none of the items I received were my order, seems as though shipping labels were swapped. The holiday collection sold out very quickly once it dropped so I knew it was a long shot that I would receive the items I ordered. I called them around 9am and they let me know that they were escalating the matter and someone would be in touch with me. I received a phone call short after and they told me they would be working to get the issue sorted out. By 12pm I received another call and was told that they were able to get my items and they were shipping them out to me right away. I have already received a tracking number and except my order in just a few days. I was very very pleased with their customer service!
Item ordered was out of stock. Was notified in a timely manner and a discount and free shipping upon request on a second order was given to make up for item being out of stock. Exceptional customer service and unheard of by most merchants.
