This is the worse company ever

What a the worse company ever. They don't comply with GDPR. Their emails that I receive everyday don't even include a link to unsubscribe. They are the biggest spammer ever. They should be blocked and people working for this company should be ashamed of themselves!

Be careful redirect are not free

They let you edit the redirect of the short link the first time without telling you explicitly that you won't be able to edit again unless you pay. So now I ended up paying the fee for one year because I've already printed the material.

CHARGED UNKNOWINGLY !

I am charged unknowingly and when I tried to get in touch there is no response at all. I can only leave a message with the chat bot and never got a response let alone solve my problem.

Worst marketing product I used this year

I really don't understand how their service got really bad out of a sudden. I had been using Bitly free for one year and was quite happy about it. I decided to upgrade with the expectation of getting better analytics for my links. What a regret! There is literally no point in upgrading. The only benefit I can see was getting a custom domain for my links. The tagging system is horrible and you can't create several short links to the same destination URL unless you use UTMs (to me, this makes literally no sense). The links dashboard is as messed up as in the free version (literally nothing changes when you upgrade). I can't believe I just paid more than 300 euros (Basic plan) for something I could find a workaround for using the free plan. DO NOT UPGRADE. Their service is okay, but they won't get you a refund.

Use their free version or find another tool!

Horrible Company

Last year their website was different. Everything pointed to the price being monthly, yet they chatged me yearly. In shock i instantly cancelled it.

This year they’re straight up bullying me into paying again and keep trying to charge my card. Horrible company.

Lemon Tree Court St Annes Lancashire a hidden gem.

My son and daughter in law have stopped in the guest suite at Lemon Tree Court many times during the 8 years I have lived at Lemon Tree they stopped again last Wednesday 16th November and mentioned once again how happy they always were when stopping here and I thought First Port as the owners never ever hear from anyone on their stays here so thought I would give them a rating on Trustpilot so praise where it is due and if I can point out that the manager Mr Tom Farrell who keeps the suite in an immaculate condition and does everything to ensure that anyone using the guest suite are 100% satisfied with all aspects of their time here at Lemon Tree Court and that all his hard work is well worth it as shows in the many repeat bookings time after time so well done First Port for your dedication to detail and for employing a manager who is a credit to your company;
