I had a 14-day trial and created some posts for a campaign and saved the QR codes which it allows you to do. What it doesn't tell you is that after 14 days all these codes you created will STOP functioning unless you sign up. What A Total Rip Off! I now have to redo all the posts that I created and I have lost any benefit from the ones used. I am furious! I think this is deceptive and misleading business practice.

The only good thing about the experience was I discovered you could make your OWN QR codes very easily on Inkscape which is genuinely free. Hth.

Model C2248 v981-01 is easy to program and has both FM and most importantly, AM.

We created a QR code and printed it on hundreds of products. Then our QR code disappeared from the system. When I asked customer service if they could restore it because it is causing us a lot of damage, they said they were aware of the problem and would let me know when it was fixed. That's all. They didn't care at all about our loss due to their software not working.

This is not the first time I haven't found customer service useful and just wasted my time with it, just like with the program, which often doesn't work the way it should.

The management should be replaced very quickly, otherwise the company will go bankrupt...

I am older than dirt, and really enjoy your wireless earplugs. I have trouble seeing, and they make it much easier for me to use this compture I just bought. But I wish they could work as hearing aids to. the elderly really need it at a rate we a afford.

I loved it because on my side it was useful.

We printed a brochure with bitly QR codes. Initially they worked fine, but since a few weeks they are blocked by bitly. I reached out to them several times, the issue remains unsolved. They simply closed the first ticket stating the links work, and they are not responding to any new appeals. DO NOT USE bitly for printed documents.

Scam company, very visible adverts for free services then cover themselves with shady terms and conditions.

Scam Scam Scam. Read the other reviews. This is terrible. Don’t do it, trust me. I’m sure there will be lawsuits against this companies unethical tactics. Reprinting my business cards. Don’t give this company your money. I’m never recommending Bitly.

Their customer support is garbage. Marking issues as resolved even though my request was not resolved. The bot in the chat section is extremely annoying bombarding you with multiple messages at a time. They make it impossible to actually communicate with someone and once you do, they are completely useless and put no effort into even trying to understand the issue you have. Extremely pricey to not even care about the customer experience.

Would give 0 Stars if possible. Absolute rubbish that has invaded my phone and prevents legitimate APPs from connecting to the appropriate sites. Have tried to get Bitly support to remove block but no help. Just need to get rid of Bitly.
DO NOT INSTALL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

This is a scam! You cannot cancel! They refuse to do refunds. I have asked to cancel multiple times and instead get snarky emails back from Patrick. Save yourself some time and money. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Product is decent. Massively let down by the EXTREMELY slow and incompetent first line customer care (despite being a paid member) each time you contact them expect a min 2 day reply.
Bulk uploading of links doesn’t work if you are redirecting to the same link. Instead you have to add “UTMs” which is time consuming for each one. I have now moved to another provider where bulk uploading works and emails are responded to in a couple of hours max.
Bitlys 2nd line support is far more responsive in the 2 times I had to reach out. Just to respond to each email takes 2-3 days minimum and up to 5 days!!
Only good if you are doing ad hoc links here and there and using the free account- Only getting two stars for this reason otherwise 1.
Avoid if paying and expecting support.
