Technical support just said:
"I am unable to offer a refund for the current billing period.
As you have already downgraded, you will not receive any further charges and you will have access to the upgraded plan until your initial sign-up period is over. At that point, you can still use the free Bitly product!"
My opinion: they are thieves
I had an important deadline. I told them this. There was a problem with their QR codes - they did not work. It was a devil of a job contacting them. When I finally go through to sales he said he was sales and could not help. I finally without sales help got through to tech support - the girl there was sloppy, failed to solve the problem and then ignored me despite my increasingly frantic emails. The deadline was missed. Did they care? No.
I love the CD Player with FM Radio. Only needing batteries make this player more convenient for camping. I enjoy the convenience of having a CD player and FM radio to listen to while I am working at home.

Unethical company and awful customer support. They took money from my account a couple of days after I cancelled my subscription (and deleted my account). Impossible to contact support since I need to be on a paid plan. Plus, they have tons of automated emails/bots that look like « real » emails. Please, avoid their services, they’re rubbish.

Verna the First Port manager on site was excellent, always helpful and informative. She looked after her residents and was part of the community.
Having moved to Barkers Court Sittingbourne a year ago, I have been very happy here. I must praise the Development Manager Laura Smith who is very helpful and extremely nice. If your not well she rings every day to check every thing is ok and if you need anything she is always willing to try to help you get it.

Nigel Sims meaned our TV hdmi ports, from our first call to working being carried out was excellent. Good fast friendly service would recommend.
Bitly has numerous bugs that its customer service doesn't acknowledge. Additionally, if you make a mistake in a link, that counts against your credits for the month and they do not let you correct the links.
The customer service from sales to the fitting was faultless old school,the fitters were polite and over the 3 days arrived as planned and got on with the job in hand.

Paul, the manager of Broadway Court is a very amiable man, he always goes above and beyond what is expected of him. The gardens are beautiful, everyone always comments on how pretty the place looks. We have had fresh vegetables left for anyone to take and if you need anything he is always willing to help.
