My daughter had an assistance dog who is intolerant to chicken in any form so this food had been a godsend.
With this company's subscription service I am able to get food for a really good price and in a good time scale without worry. Evri delivers the parcel as per my instructions so as not to cause my daughter seizures every time so I am grateful for this too

We've used Bitiba for several years now and always been very pleased with their excellent service and good communication - so 5 stars for that and thank you. However, the same cannot be said for their delivery company, Evri - often very poor, as others have said here. So only 1 star for them, and unfortunately their sloppy service can reflect on the overall experience with Bitiba. Maybe a change of courier needed?

A large assortment of goods for my cat, we are always happy to receive parcels. Everything is very well packed. Only unfortunately, the delivery always fails, lazy and irresponsible drivers. Or they don't leave the package at all or throw it at the front door!!! It feels like they're being forced to do it!! And they don't do their job for a salary!!!

My order arrived on time, well packaged. I have used Bitiba for a number of years now and they have never let me down. On the one occasion I found a split bag in my order it was dealt with really quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered two bags of dog food, informed despatched, nothing arrived then emailed to say package lost, would I like refund or replacement, asked for replacement then informed they had cancelled the order as didn’t have any stock! Why offer a replacement then, coincidentally, I notice the price per bag has now increased…… ordered from another supplier.

Excellent.I have used bitiba and zooplus for over 10 years and have always been very happy,we like others have had the odd delivery problem but it's always been sorted out and that's the fault of the couriers and unfortunately it now seems you are lucky to find a reliable one as it's all over not just one company.Recently we have been very lucky as it's always arrived promptly ,this time in just 2 days.
