I usually recommend Bitiba but I was very disappointed when they didn't honour their special offer on my last order. As a long-time customer this is not a good service and lets them down.

I am disappointed with my recent order. I have been a customer since 2025 and I've never had an issue until now. Typically, I use the Subscribe and Save service, but this month I had a coupon to use, so I cancelled my recurring order and placed a new one on 28/04, setting up a new Subscribe and Save.
After two days without receiving any order updates, I checked my account and discovered that the payment had not been "authorised". This has never happened before, and when I placed the order, it appeared to be successful, so I had no indication that there was an issue. This suggests there may have been a system error on Bitiba's side.
As a result, I had to cancel the order and place a new one, but it has now been 24 hours and I still have not received any tracking updates. I contacted customer service, who were helpful as always, but I was informed that delivery may now be scheduled for Monday, rather than within the usual 48hr window.
Normally, this would not be a problem, but I need to order a specific renal food for my cat, who has Chronic Kidney Disease. This food is not available in local shops, so I can only buy it online and it's quite expensive, so I also can't afford to order it from another retailer in the interim. As a result, I am now out of renal food due to the initial delivery failure, and if I feed my cat any other type of food, it will make him ill (which could mean a visit to the vet and fees as a result).
ETA - Thank you for the reply Bitiba team. The order issue is now technically resolved as the new order arrived a day early thankfully, but I would be grateful if the payment failure could be looked into, so it doesn’t potentially happen to someone else. The order number for this is: 444994757

Great company, love the app, easy to navigate. Shows previous orders. I tend to order the same stuff so just go to previous orders and select. Good pricing and delivers normally within 3-4 days. Been using their company for nearly a year and am very happy with them. Will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who wants hassle free shopping.

If I could give it 0 stars then I would. My experience was back in January when my card payment didn’t go through for whatever reason and the company emailed me to do a bank transfer instead. Big mistake. I did just that but they kept telling me they didn’t receive my payment although my bank was telling me the payment went through immediately to the company and their bank That took over a month and a half. Finally they located my payment but by then I wanted a refund but they kept on having “technical issues”. Again that took over a month of communication and no refund in sight. I gave up and I’ve completely lot trust in this company.

Sad to say the cold pressed food seems to be discontinued as cannot find on web pages my dogs enjoyed the Vegetables and Chicken varieties not so keen on the dry crunchy version
