I can't say anything went wrong tho what I can say is, the same mouthguard they're promoting for $59.99 Biovitta is found on Temu. It's unfortunately not hard to notice they're the same exact product including the packaging; the same poor lady who's clearly upset with her significant other's snoring, is identical to the one Temu however is called Mouthpiece Anti Snore, although it looks like it's different on Biovitta, if you look at the other photos that are available you'll find the same Temu package, and the same product. Ugh sorry. On Temu the reviews are favorable, there's really not much to heavily fabricate their excitement over a $6.00 product. Who knows? All I know is it's significantly more affordable on Temu. I don't know if this is derogatory and I'll edit it if it is; I feel as though Florida and San Diego are the new Nigeria of SCAMS & Frauds in the US

I would give zero star if I could that cooling fan is made of really cheap material and most likely worth 20 dollars top. They charging 140 for one and it doesn’t even work. All there reviews on website are fake.

Do NOT order anything from this company. If I could select ZERO stars (instead of one star) here, I would. My experience with them has been the worst ever. The heel cups I ordered took 10 days to reach me. They were no good so I immediately emailed Biovitta that I'd be returning them (under their 30-day guarantee) & attached a photo showing that they were in pristine condition. I had to pay $6.50 out of pocket to ship them back. Then Biovitta kept sending me emails saying they'd review the return request and offering me 20% off the sales price ($29.90) if I'd keep them. They kept saying that this would allow me to avoid the hassle of returning them, after I'd already shipped them off. The tracking showed me exactly when the arrived back in their mailbox, but Biovitta has never issued a refund in any amount. Worse, most recently they charged me $39.99 for a monthly membership, one that I never signed up for. Who in their right mind would sign up for an expensive membership when ordering just one one item that turned out to be no good? I've seen other reviewers with the same complaints. I've had to ask my credit-card company to issue me credits while trying to contact Biovitta (good luck with that!). Biovitta is a scam company.

This company is a SCAM!
They don't answer your emails, the phone number is not a working number, the product doesn't work and there IS NO customer service. 1.4 rating is more then they deserve. Heed the warnings. Learn from our experience. They S**K

This company wrote that when ordering a product you are automatically enrolled in a monthly-fee membership. The email they listed to opt out of the membership said "address not found".
I then canceled the order yet the company waited several days without responding and then mailed the package anyways. I returned it unopened but the post office said the business at that address had closed and returned the package. I called BioVitta. No response. I emailed them to send a return label. No response. This is an irresponsible and manipulative scam company.

Do not buy! You will be automatically signed up for a renewing charge of 39.99 per month for a rewards program. They will not refund this amount. They send you a terms of agreement instead, saying you agreed at the time of purchase. Credit card company can't force the refund because of this terms of agreement document.

Heed reviews! They lie on the web like 70,000 5 star reviews!!! Never found 1 BBB gives them F rating. NEVER buy anything with a debit card online, you have no power against them unless a Credit Card. The 39.99 monthly fee is at the bottom of there policies...you are supposed to Opt out at purchase, no where to do that. Absolutely NO customer service, product comes from China. I have been fighting them and my bank for credit, I emailed them relentlessly, no working phone #. I refused shipment and post office shipped back. My bank FINALLY saw the fraud and gave me a credit back.

Like other reviews. TOTAL SCAM.

Chinese company stealing American money by saying they are American!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is horrible. I spent $300 on grounding sheets that do absolutely nothing...but I just figured lesson learned not to do business with them again. Now they are charging my bank account $39.99 per month indicating "recurring." And I never did any business with them again after buying their useless sheets.

Just was scammed and found out I’m not the only one. Charged my Amex for the foot bath, but never sent order confirmation email or shipping status. I’m going to reverse the charge but it is a pain to have to go through all of that. My Amex app listed their phone number for anyone looking to call them:

They stole my money. I bought a grounding sheet which didn't work. Tried to Return, they gave me the wrong address. Finally got the correct one after paying $14 AGAIN and sent back and now it has been 3 mos and they are not replying. I'm calling the authorities. Crooks!

They make their money of their pointless membership. They charge you more than they say and when you try to get in contact with their support-less team, no response.

I bought an item from them once thinking it was legit. I see ads on social media from them all the time and I figured they wouldn't be this bad. I accidentally ordered a smaller size item and I contacted them immediately after submitting. To my surprise, they got back to me really quickly and said my item shipped and when I get it I could make an exchange. I thought that was okay but I looked up the tracking and it didn't even ship yet. I decided to change my mind completely when I got the item and return the item. After sending multiple emails, I finally got a response that saying I can return but I would have to pay for the shipping to them. A couple of days later I found out that I was charged $39.99 and I sent them an email asking why am I getting charged but have not gotten a response. Now this month I got charged again $39.99. I'm done with this company. I'll keep the item because I'm afraid that if I try to return the item, I won't get a refund. Do not buy from these people, I had to mark my card as stolen to change the number so they don't keep charging me.

Oh, I fell for the same crap that everyone else did! I reported this company to the BBB and THEN I got a response from them! They charged me for a “subscription” that I did NOT subscribe to! How are these people getting away with this?!?! I was thinking at first maybe they send the detox tablets that came with the foot spa but NO! I tried to contact these people but I found these scam email addresses, then when I found a supposed number for this company, it was a Google number, NOT a legit company at all! Whoever these scam artists are, are making ALOT of money off of robbing people!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!! The only thing I got out of dealing with this situation is that NOW I learned my lesson and will do an extensive amount of research before buying anything online!!

This company is a complete scam!!!!
They charged me for two foot baths when I only ordered one. Then two monthly fees that I never authorized.
They told me that I needed to ship back, at my cost, the second one to get a full refund.
I made sure that someone had to sign for the return.
Someone did and then they sent it back. Now they won’t return my emails.
Do not order from them!!!

Not only did I have a bad experience with the product that I purchased (a neck massager that gives my husband a headache when he uses it), but it came in a crushed box to begin with. Furthermore, I was signed up for a ridiculous, expensive subscription that I can't cancel because I never signed up for it in the first place. When I type in my email address to cancel the subscription, it says that the email doesn't exist in their system. I have contacted customer service but they will not respond to my email. Of course, there is no number to call. This is one of the lowest quality companies I have ever tried to work with. They have now charged me $100 in a subscription that I don't even have access to and I never signed up. If I could give 0/5 stars, I would.

Bio Vitta Wellness is a SCAM. Do not buy from this company. Competely, totally unresponsive. They have a "support" email which is NEVER answered. No phone number. Waited weeks for product, which never arrived. They will charge you for a "membership" to some Bullsh$t club for future discounts. I actually had to change my credit card to get them to stop trying to charge me for that. Bunch of Losers. Go elsewhere.

Losey service, took 3 months to recieve the product. Product looks used and came with no care instructions, nor the grounding meter that is advertised. They are not responsive at all.

I made a one time product order. The next month they charged the same card again for some BS monthly subscription that I never authorized.
